I confess that this kindlebook of How I Lost 25 Pounds In A Month; A Genuine Story By An “Ex” Fat Girl by Ellie Anon caught my attention due to the fact that it is only sometimes a person can come across a story of that much weight loss in a month. Additionally, I reluctantly admit that this kindlebook also caught my attention due to my own weight currently being in the 170s territory and I was hoping to get some ideas to help take my own weight to the 150s range or thinner by January or sooner. The good; the author generously shares exactly what she did to accomplish her weight loss goals just by diet alone which is something that even I can understand can be a challenge yet helpful if consistently going to a gym is not always the most practical for one’s situation. However, I admit that I need at least two days to think it over if I want to implement some of the same suggestions as what she did does require some major food overhaul plus the job I am currently blessed to work at allows me to eat during the work week nourishing foods while saving me money (as her ideas would require both a time and money cost for my situation). However, regardless of what I choose to do within two days from now I am still glad that Ellie Anon generously shared what she did and some of the pictures she featured that showcased her hard won weight loss success.

I admit that I actually feel fortunate/blessed to have had the chance to watch episodes of The Good Place season 1 in October 2016 when I watched some of the episodes in Illinois with a self-confident and spiritual friend who I have known since middle school plus I was visiting my late adoptive father, younger sister and other family members. I have to avoid saying further out of respect for some of my family members who are still in the process of healing from my late adoptive father passing plus with my late adoptive mother’s birthday being tomorrow. Anyhow, naturally the positive experience I got from watching multiple episodes of the Good Place Season 1 made it an easy choice for me to watch and purchase the Good Place Season 2. I actually had the chance to watch episode 1 of season 2 from the Good Place and the latest episode of The Last Ship season 4 both today and I eerily noticed how both episodes from two different television shows touched on the theme of deception and the importance of having and sharpening discernment. I noticed that some of the characters of the Good Place Season 2 episode 1 were called on for playing different roles with each other and both my husband and I agree that despite the creative writing of the Good Place tv show that the type of games and psychological tests that season 2 episode 1 showed would conflict with the idea of a loving celestial/heaven realm. This leaves open the idea of what realm really are the characters living in. However, I still feel fortunate to have known about this show since 2016 as the Good Place teaches me different dimensions and angles as a writer to look at when it comes to afterlife themes.

It was an easy choice for me to choose this location of America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses near 1100 Connecticut Avenue in Washington D.C. to go to this past Monday (September 25)because of the quality customer service and timely manner that I received my eyeglasses from my last visit to this location which was in April 2016. I was seen in a timely manner by a courteous front desk employee to obtain my eye exam and I am blessed to have been able to pay for my glasses quickly after selecting two pairs of my choosing. I admit that I am blessed with a job that pays me abundantly for the employment I have which made it easier for me to pay for my two pairs of eyeglasses out of pocket. For people who may also have to pay for their eyeglasses out of pocket I would recommend having a money/financial cushion set aside for about 300 dollars to both cover the cost of both pairs of glasses and the eye appointment included. Additionally, allow the possibility/timeframe of the eyeglasses arriving in about 2 weeks with the possibility of them coming in sooner. Fortunately, the customer service employee who handled my order politely explained that the eyeglasses that I chose for my prescription may arrive sooner than the projected timeframe.
