A Very Informative Amazon Kindlebook
First off, I must make it clear that
I am fully aware that I have a good job with good working conditions. I am also
fully aware that I must learn to create my own job/career destiny without
relying on my current job andor expecting my managers too. I had to preface
this as I was getting too much online information sent my way implying to me
otherwise. However, the one caveat about my job that I admit with good
intentions is that I am an employee who is classed in a way that allows for 3
months off in the summertime which indirectly influences me to think of
job/career ideas that are more permanent, which indirectly influenced me to
purchase this kindlebook of Supply Chain Management for the Curious: Why Study Supply
Chain Management?
by Professor Linda Coley PhD. Professor Andrew
Douglas PhD (Author), & 9 more.
I actually used to work in the supply field when I was in the navy and had the
chance to work both what was considered the aviation and outside aviation sides
of the navy. Yet, I am still glad to have purchased this kindlebook due to some
of the following information in this kindlebook; Courses and Programs in Supply
Chain Management such as the department of Supply Chain Management and
Analytics at Virginia Commonwealth University, how supply chain works (companies
such as Amazon, Dell, Apple, and P&G are used in the explanation), why
consider supply chain management as a field of study and as a career, and much
more.

This review is from: Harnessing Heaven: How One Reluctant Wall-Streeter Tapped the Power of the Hereafter (Kindle Edition)
This kindlebook of Harnessing Heaven: How One Reluctant Wall-Streeter Tapped the Power of the Hereafter by Clifford Micheals is heartfelt. Some of the multiple areas that this kindlebook touches on; not every soul reincarnates back on earth after a given lifetime (given lifetimes), the average amount of earth based years that a spirit may spend in the afterlife realms before reincarnating back on earth (for the souls that do reincarnate back on earth) is usually around 200 years but can be much shorter,it is never too late to continue creating, everything you do in this life counts for something regardless of who you are, encouraging information on the power of intention (I have only discovered about the power of intention recently and prefer to keep the timeline secret),asking for help from your guides, and so much more.

This review is from: Synchronicity and the Other Side: Your Guide to Meaningful Connections with the Afterlife (Kindle Edition)
This kindlebook of Synchronicity and the Other Side: Your Guide to Meaningful Connections with the Afterlife by Trish MacGregor and Rob MacGregor covers a wide range of spiritual/afterlife theme topics. Among some of the following mentions in this book; What Dreams May Come film, the Medium tv show, how your physical environment affects synchronicity, being receptive, contact dreams, near death experiences and more. I look at these type of books with the understanding that I have much to feel blessed for and things happen for a positive reason even when things go differently than what my human ego may have planned. However, one of the reasons why this kindlebook caught my attention is for some areas I am looking into for my writing.

This review is from: The Art of the Very Short Story: A Guide for Readers and Writers (Kindle Edition)
I admit that this kindlebook of The Art of the Very Short Story: A Guide for Readers and Writers by Charlie Close caught my attention as a writer because I have been writing freestyle short stories for creative writing fun on my blogs anyhow. I figure that I might as well get what I can reasonably afford on improving my short story storytelling. Some of the following tidbits in this kindlebook; starting the story in the middle, use familiar contexts, using both the context of college and work, and more.

This review is from: Building Wealth for the Rest of Us (Kindle Edition)
This kindlebook of Building Wealth for the Rest of Us by David Wright caught my attention for practical reasons. Aware of how I may be perceived,I am fortunate and admit that both my mother in law and my husband have helped me out financially multiple times. However, I understand that it is only fair that I do what I have to improve financially regardless of what jobs I hold andor what money that I make. I intend to use this book to reach an attainable goal of saving at least 5,000 or more dollars within 2 years from now or less of this date. He used an example of one of his friends who lives financially fine in his retirement being a former government employee but gently a person why they may not want to rely on working until they die if they can help it. I admit that I am guilty of being one of those people who simply says I will just work until I die (hoping I get to live to be at least 85 years old or older). The author discusses the pros and cons of buying a car versus leasing it (which I obviously understand would be a practical concern because multiple areas of the U.S. only have limited public transportation options during certain hours). He discusses the pros of renting when it comes to job security, access to amenities, loan options for people who want to buy a home, a million dollars on 10 dollars a day, investing to build wealth, and more

This review is from: Vol. 2 Guardians of the Galaxy: Awesome Mix Vol. 2 (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) (MP3 Music)
I admit that my husband was the one who introduced me to the Guardians of the Galaxy movie back in 2014 which indirectly influenced my curiosity to check out the music from the first movie and now the second movie. This movie soundtrack of the Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol 2 (curated by Hollywood Records) has an upbeat mix of various vintage music sounds dating back as far as the 70s from a wide variety of bands/music groups. I admit that one of my favorite songs is the Brandy Youre A Fine Girl song Looking Glass. However, there is something for various people on this soundtrack due to the varied mix of groups; Fleetwood Mac, Cheap Trick, Electric Light Orchestra etc.

This review is from: The Wiz (Amazon Video)
The Wiz film is very uplifting to watch and I am very glad to have watched it. Diana Ross plays a very moving and heartfelt role as Dorothy. The character of Dorothy in this film ends up on an adventure that changes her and those in her life whose path she crosses (such as the Scarecrow character played by Michael Jackson). As a writer, it was fun seeing this movie as I saw a very unique retelling on the Wizard of Oz theme (such as the feature of various dancers/models in the film, Lena Horne playing the fairy godmother, and much more details that make the Wiz film worthwhile to watch).

This review is from: Bon Appétit [feat. Migos] (MP3 Music)
I admit that I have to credit first hearing this Bon Appetit song by Katy Perry feat. Migos from the Top Pop radio station of Amazon.com This song has a very club centric love song vibe. One has to have an open mind as the woman appears to be coming right out and telling her romantic interest what she wants in this song.

This review is from: Who's That Girl Soundtrack (MP3 Music)
This Who’s That Girl Soundtrack by Madonna is definitely worthwhile to listen to if you are a Madonna fan andor even if you only know of a few Madonna songs. I like that this soundtrack begins with the exciting and happy tune of Who’s That Girl and the mischievous yet novel Causing A Commotion. Of course, there are more good songs on this soundtrack such as the Turn It Up song by Michael Davidson (I think I may have first heard snippets of the song featured on a Honey I Shrunk the kids film). Even the dramatic song the Look of Love is a gem to listen to.

This review is from: Smart Perm Relaxer Hair Care Kit, Regular (Health and Beauty)
I admit that I purchased this Smart Perm Relaxer Hair Care Kit, Regular brand from the Family Dollar store near my apartment. It was an easy decision for me to do so because of the cheap price for two full relaxer kits. The kit comes with gloves, 2 shampoo applications, and a leave in conditioner set. I have type 3 hair that required me to use all of the kits in this box but with a situation that allows me to hold off at least 6-8 months or longer for hair relaxers. The average time that a person may want to allow for this relaxer to set in the hair to work its magic is at least 18 minutes. I confess that I left mine in longer but fortunately my hair can withstand this as I have a hair type that is easier to manage after chemical relaxers but I also have the type of hair where I have to avoid coloring it lighter (my hair can withstand chemical relaxers but can only take hair coloring kits that are close to my natural hair color or darker). My only caveat about this kit is that it did not come with an adequate amount of shampoo and hair conditioner but fortunately I had some extra Suave brand hair shampoo and a Suave almond conditioner bottle (the Suave conditioner bottle I remember for sure getting from Family Dollar). I do believe that beauty comes in various hair lengths, ethnicities, hair types skin complexions etc. Additionally, I previously wore my hair naturally curly from the summer of 2011 until the spring of 2012 but I prefer to keep relaxing my hair as it helps me save money and hair style time especially during money income and time fluctuations in my life. For practical financial reasons, I have been purchasing relaxers to relax my own hair at home since autumn 2013. However, I partially was inspired to eventually try it on my own by 2013 after remembering how my late adoptive mother relaxed my hair for me at home from the time I was around a preteen (13-14 years old) until I was around 17 years old.

This review is from: Women Who Work: Rewriting the Rules for Success (Kindle Edition)
I admit as a woman who voted for Hillary Clinton last year that I preordered this kindlebook of Women Who Work: Rewriting the Rules for Success by Ivanka Trump last year on November 11, 2016 (after gradually accepting who will be president). Politics aside, this a motivational kindlebook as she describes how her mother shaped her worldview. She also has various quotes and information in her kindlebook of people who inspire her and I like that she shares some of the resources that have made an impact on her. I prefer to avoid elaborating on her father good or bad as I have some family members on my late adoptive mother’s side who I sense are Trump supporters as well as my adoptive father who took me in and raised me as his own daughter by the time I was in my preteens (even with him knowing that I was given up for adoption).
