This review is from: Dangerous Woman (MP3 Music)
Dangerous Woman by Arianna Grande is a catchy pop and R&B song that appears to be about spending time with someone that gives a feeling of a romantic rush and/or romantic intensity. The Bustle website features an article by Mary Garis that also adds additional meaning on what Dangerous Woman entails. Nonetheless, both the vocals and the music to this song harmonize into a provocative tune that could also be about being in love with someone.

This review is from: Intra Muros (Kindle Edition)
This kindlebook of Intra Muros by Rebecca Ruter Springer caught my attention due to my intuitive understand of why I must be open to both new age and Christian views on the afterlife (for personal spiritual reasons I would rather avoid going into for now). Additionally, I unintentionally found out about the late author and this book and felt that there was a spiritual reason for this especially when I noticed that Rebecca Springer (the author) shared the same birthday as me. Springer begins her writing by admitting that she had been ill for many weeks and sharing the details of wearing a robe similar to the other residents of the place that her soul traveled to. Springer also mentioned the elaborate detail of the houses she visited in this new heavenly world that were made of the finest marbles, broad verandas, and were unlike any architecture that she has seen on earth. The good news is that there is more details to Intra Muros by Rebecca Springer.

This review is from: Intense Dark Sea Salt Soiree Stand Up Bag Case Pack (Misc.)
This 4.12 ounce of Ghirardelli Chocolate Intense Dark Sea Salt Soiree has just the right amount of dark chocolate flavor and sweetness that makes it perfect as a standalone snack or with other foods. For instance, this type of chocolate tastes great with melted and microwaved bananas.

This review is from: American Crime Story Season 1 (Amazon Video)
I admit that a Daily Mail UK article about Jenee Darden (daughter of Chris Darden) indirectly influenced me to check out Episode 1 titled From The Ashes of American Tragedy from Season 1 of American Crime Story. It was clear to me through the article that Jenee Darden and her father share a strong spiritual father/daughter bond and I could not help but feel empathy for her when she admitted how her father’s notoriety with the OJ Simpson case at first indirectly affected her employment prospects. Anyhow, it is hard for me to pin down the strongest character performances (I will leave that to other reviewers to decide). However, as many people know there is an all star cast to this television show; John Travolta, Cuba Gooding Jr., Sarah Paulson, Sterling K. Brown, Courtney B. Vance, Kenneth Choi, Christian Clemenson,Bruce Greenwood, Nathan Lane, David Schwimmer more actor/actresses featured to this tv show etc.. Season 1 includes moments of the portrayal of Nicole Brown’s funeral, the lie detector test, the Hollywood portrayal of when the cops found the bodies of Nicole Brown and her friend Ronald Goldman, a Hollywood reenactment of what Kris Jenner may have said at Nicole Brown’s funeral etc. What complicates the overall situation is that this tv show highlights the 2006 publication of the book If I Did It; Confessions of The Killer by ghostwriter Pablo Fenjves and is listed to be by OJ Simpson (online via a Business Insider article titled “How OJ Simpson says he would've murdered Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman — 'if' he did it by Anjelica Oswald from February 5, 2016.

This review is from: The Life Beyond the Veil: A Compilation of Four Classic Books (Life on Other Worlds Series) (Kindle Edition)
This kindlebook of Life Beyond The Veil; A Compilation of Four Classic Books (Life On Other Worlds Series) by G Vale Owen covers various perspectives pertaining to afterlife discussion. For instance, there is a dated entry from September 23, 1913 that is addressed apparently in a way to describe (from the author’s late mother) that spirits who live on in heaven work in various occupations, with some having the job of helping people still on alive on earth. The homes are written to be colorfully bright and there are also hills, rivers, and beautiful forests. There were some details that the mother wanted to impart to the author, but apparently the author was not yet ready to receive this information. There is much more in the Lowlands of Heaven section and the four books. I’m glad to have purchased The Life Beyond The Veil; A Compilation of Four Classic Books (Life On Other Worlds Series) for my writing goals and other spiritual/personal reasons.

This review is from: Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pie Spice Cookie Butter (Misc.)
This Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Spice Cookie Butter (11.1 ounce) caught my attention because of my previous enjoyment of Biscoff cookie butter and my curiosity to see how pumpkin cookie butter tastes. I paid out of my own pocket to buy it from Amazon online because I wasn’t sure if the pumpkin cookie butter was going to be carried in some of the grocery stores that are extremely easy for me to access via walking and/or public transportation in my area (such as Giant’s, Safeway, Aldi, Costco, Shopper’s, Whole Foods, Target etc). The pumpkin taste is very pronounced in this cookie butter with the right amount of cinnamon and ginger taste. This pumpkin spice cookie butter is great to eat on its own yet I have also tried this pumpkin spice cookie butter with cut up pieces of a granny smith green apple which tasted delectable. I must disclose the following fact because I have recently picked up on the controversy online through a recent Fortune article (which truthfully made me wonder if it was articulately written by business competitors) around unpaid compared to paid writers/reviewers so my intuition is guiding me to disclose this; Please know that I’m flattered when people think that I’m a paid writer/reviewer for certain food products. However, please know that I’m an amateur writer/blogger/reviewer but I pledge to honestly disclose on my blog if I'm writing about a brand on my blogs or online reviews that is a freebie (I’ll earmark the food item as a freebie if this is the case). Even at my previous place of employment-which I was employed at from October 21, 2013 up until December 12, 2015-I reviewed all the food items I got from my job for free without extra financial compensation and/or any other forms of compensation from the company (and paid for out of the money from my husband and/or myself). There is a program available at my previous company of employment and I discovered online (around 2-3 weeks after December 12, 2015) through other legal avenues where an employee could review a grocery, drink, other food item, and/or non-food item for financial compensation and/or other benefits, in addition to financial compemsation and/or freebies for non-employees of said company (companies). However, I have not ever been a part of either one of those programs and I pledge to share on my online blogs and/or reviews if this is the case by earmarking as freebie in the title and/or next to the food. My husband and I currently do not use foodstamps, but I would not permanently swear off foodstamps. Currently, I’m thankful to say that the food/drink items that I share online come from either my husband’s financial generosity, my unemployment benefits, and sometimes my mother in law has given my husband and I free food but I would also disclose if the food item came as a gift

This review is from: Sing to Me: My Story of Making Music, Finding Magic, and Searching for Who's Next (Kindle Edition)
This kindlebook of Sing To Me; My Story of Making Music, Finding Magic, and Searching For Who’s Next by LA Reid is filled with among the following information tidbits; the music soundtrack for the Boomerang movie was among one of the first multi-million sellers for a record label that he was affiliated with in the early 1990’s, the love of his mother shines through when he discusses with pride her work as a seamstress making vinyl tops for cars at Parkway manufacturing (her name is listed to be Emma Reid). LA Reid explained that his mother Emma Reid also made beautiful cloths, draperies, tablecloths, and bedspreads at home and sometimes freelanced for an interior design firm. One of LA Reid’s favorite songs growing up was “Please Mr. Postman: by The Marvelettes. He also mentioned about starting to write songs around the time he was 21, but he never shared them with a band he was in because he was too shy, of course there is much more in this kindlebook.

This review is from: The Big Short (Amazon Video)
The Big Short Movie stars Christian Bale as Michael Burry,Ryan Gosling as Jared Vennett, Steve Carrell as Mark Baum, Brad Pitt as Ben Rickert, John Magaro as Charlie Geller, Finn Wittrock as Jamie Shipley, and of course there are more actors/actresses in this film. The movie features on how the previous mentioned men were among a conglomerate of people who foresaw what was going to happen to the mortgages available to the general mainstream public before it became common knowledge. There are some quotes given in this movie that foreshadow what is about to happen such as the following quote attributed to Mark Twain “It Isn’t What You Don’t Know That Gets You In Trouble, It’s What You Know For Sure That Just Ain’t So” the director Adam Mckay’s quote of “Truth is Like Poetry and Most People Dislike Poetry” (mentioned for dramatic fictional effect as listed to have been quoted in a Washington D.C. bar0 and they feature various song snippets and celebrities to catch the meaning of the moving in an enthralling way; Shake Your Moneymaker by Ludacrais feat. Pharrell, remake of the Lithium song by Nirvana performed by another group, Milkshake by Kelis, Feel Good by the Gorillaz, and more. Some of the celebrities featured in this film; Margot Robbie from The Wolf of Wall Street film,Richard Thaler, Selena Gomez, Anthony Bourdain (my husband sometimes watches Anthony Bourdain on tv),. Some of the locations featured in the Big Short movie; 25 Broadway Standard & Poor’s Ratings Agency, American Securitization Forum, 112 Avenue of the Americas (Wall Street Journal), The Black Horse Pub in England etc. During part of the movie, one of the characters is eerily shown predicting that immigrants, poor people and teachers are going to be blamed for the financial crisis (around the time that movie is shown where many of the big banks received financial bailouts). There is also one fact that was shockingly listed; 8 million people lost their jobs, 6 million people lost their homes, and this was just in the U.S.A. I want to list more but my intuition is guiding me to avoid doing so out of respect for the people looking at this review who still want to see The Big Short movie. Additionally, I wonder if The Big Short movie indirectly has any parallels to the student loan situation. Less than 18 months ago, I noticed that some people were predicting that the student loan epidemic in America is the next financial bubble to pop but I noticed that discussion of that through mainstream media channels appeared to die down for now. Anyhow, I admit to having student loans but fortunately my student loans die with me as I do not have a cosigner and I know that I’ll get judged for admitting this but I do not regret taking out student loans because the experience has helped me to further logically avoid borrowing for anything else (credit or loan wise for the rest of my current lifetime) since July/August 2013 (except for a class that I wanted to take around May 2015 but the student loan available was possibly not going to cover the full amount and so I changed my mind to even swear off further student loans for myself for the rest of my current lifetime regardless of what others think of me doing so).

This review is from: Forsaken (Amazon Video)
The Forsaken movie tugs at the heart of the conflict around people being threatened/forced out of where they live. The movie includes Kiefer Sutherland as John Henry Clayton, Donald Sutherland as Reverend William Clayton, Demi Moore as Mary Alice Watson, Greg Ellis as Tom Watson, Brian Cox as James McCurdy, Michael Wincott as Gentleman Dave Turner, Aaron Poole as Frank Tillman, among other actors/actresses. John Clayton and his father William Clayton have a lot of catching up to do after life circumstances affected their relationship. The character of Mary Watson is a past girlfriend of John Clayton and she is married to Tom Watson. The character of Tom Watson is shown mentioning an interesting life quote during the film of saying “A New Start Doesn’t Mean Anything If You’re Carrying Old Feelings Around.”James McCurdy and Frank Tillman run a corrupt business of forcing people out of their homes/land that are trying to catch up financially and using lethal and unfair practices to force them to their will. Dave Turner sees the dangerous and evil acts associated with his job and he tries to speak up on the wrongdoing but what he says is initially ignored. Ironically, one of John Clayton’s skills that is initially harshly by his father becomes an important part of the movie.

This review is from: This Is What The Truth Feels Like (Audio CD)
This music collection of This Is What The Truth Feels Like by Gwen Stefani blends dance, pop, and electro melodies in a seamless and synchronized manner. I admit that my current favorites of this collection are You’re My Favorite, Asking For It (feat. Fetty Wap), Send Me A Picture, Where Would I Be, and Rare. However, I plan to also keep an open mind to listen and/or watch any other music videos/songs that are listed on This Is What The Truth Feels Like collection because each song is musically distinctive in its own way. This collection is also great if you like the music catchiness of Make Me Like You and/or Misery (because of the carefree and amusing vibe of these songs). As mentioned in a previous review, despite the mainstream media coverage/writing material being spun out of the love lives of Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, and Gavin Rossdale I continue to avoid taking sides because I’m guessing that each of them are trying to heal in their own way despite the frequent media scrutiny into how each of them are coping.

This review is from: NOW That's What I Call ACM Awards - 50th Anniversary [2 CD] (Audio CD)
This music collection of Now That’s What I Call ACM Awards (50 Years) contains a diverse range of country music artists/groups on this cd. The price is perfect for the amount of songs that are on the collection (which makes it worth it to a person like myself who pays out of pocket). My late adoptive mother frequently played country music in the household during my pre-teen and teenage years (which directly influenced why I’m familiar with multiple 90’s country songs and why I’m open-minded in listening to some country music collections/country music artists/groups from time to time). As a result, my favorites from this collection are tricky for me to pin down and I prefer to leave that to other reviewers. However, as one can tell from the current online music listing on Amazon, there are music features both from the 2000’s and other songs from the 1990’s and/earlier. For instance some of the multiple artists representing 2000’s era country on this collection are; Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Luke Bryan, Kelly Clarkson, Reba Mcentire,Taylor Swift,Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Taylor Swift, Lee Brice, Lady Antebellum,Brad Paisley, and more 2000’s era country groups/country musicians. Alabama, Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers, Willie Nelson, The Judds, Randy Travis, The Highwayman song (my husband likes this song), and many more country artists and country groups are featured on this collection that represent the 1990s country music genre and/or earlier.

This review is from: Million Dollar Rooms Season 1 (Amazon Video)
I may be in the minority for thinking this but I’m glad that there are tv shows such as Million Dollar Rooms available for public viewing. I want to refrain from elaborating why and I wouldn’t mind being proven wrong on this, yet I have a feeling that a show such as Million Dollar Rooms may not be as easily available for mainstream general public viewing within 15-20 years from now or possibly sooner as easily as it is available for public viewing this year. Anyhow, there are multiple compelling features just in episode 1 of Million Dollar Rooms that make this a television show that is fun to watch just for dreaming, scriptwriting/bookwriting, and/or other reasons. The following are some of the features that caught my attention in episode 1; Sally Jones from the Sally Foster Jones Team takes a viewer inside one of the houses, a person by the name of Braden Powers takes the viewer inside his home, there is a feature of a dining room that can be used for dinner parties that measures over 4,000 square feet, million dollar rooms in Gold Coast Australia, real estate specialist Konstantin Panov, the feature of Zermatt Switzerland, Rancho Mirage California,Bryan Foster Owner & Designer, Bryan Foster owner & designer of one of the homes featured, million dollar rooms in an elaborate home in Positano Italy explained and displayed, and much more.

This review is from: Be Without You (MP3 Music)
I remember first hearing Be Without You by Mary J Blige around 2006 through both what was either local radio and/or it was featured on television. Anyhow, Be Without You by Mary J Blige is a heartfelt R&B/pop song about feeling so close and connected to the person that you romantically love. I’m grateful to have positive songs like this that remind me of the gift of my husband (who I have known for 13.5 years and have been married to for 12 years) and to me Be Without You symbolizes the idea of enduring Love (even though I understand that this song could be interpreted in other ways).

This review is from: Tour Group, Season 1 (Amazon Video)
Tour Group Season 1 Episode 1 titled Not In Georgia Anymore features cast members from various walks of life congregating together to enjoy a travel discovery vacation. I do like that the cast members in the show bravely and generously shared the careers/professional backgrounds that they came from because it helps an audience viewer understand their perspective and approaches to the world and other cast members. Some of the people and careers mentioned in Episode 1 Not In Georgia Anymore are that of a marketing salesman, former model, managing broker, travel writer, social media expert, jewelry designer, an airline affiliated employee who works with customers who purchase/choose luxury travel experiences, and more cast members. The place that they are shown staying at in episode 1 of Not in Georgia Anymore is The Sahara Place. The names of the cast members and some of the insider information on this Tour Group tv show are on the Bravo Channel television website.

This review is from: Cake By The Ocean [Explicit] (MP3 Music)
This song Cake By The Ocean by DNCE is definitely a catchy pop/dance song that has a different meaning than what I initially wondered it to be. At first, I was guessing if maybe this song had something to do with some type of party featuring cake by the ocean. However, after looking up the meaning of the song online, I realized that the true meaning of this song is definitely something that would make for a scandalous tv show and/or movie if a script and/or story was ever written based on the true meaning of this song. Nonetheless, Cake By The Ocean by DNCE is a very enjoyable song to listen to.

This review is from: Team [Explicit] (MP3 Music)
Team by Iggy Azalea mixes electro, pop, and urban sounds for a song that appears to symbolize the power of people coming together in a group (just a guess). The dance video that is currently available online goes well with the theme of Team because of the dancers gathering and synchronizing together in the same room. Team by Iggy Azalea is good if you are open to listening to a blend of music genres, like the Fancy song also by Iggy Azalea feat. Charli XCX and/or Beg For It by Iggy Azalea feat. MO.

This review is from: Welcome To The Show (feat. Laleh) (MP3 Music)
Welcome To The Show by Adam Lambert feat. Laleh is a quiet tempo pop and chillout type of song that harmonizes Lambert’s vocals with Laleh’s. I admit that I’m still trying to figure out the full meaning of this song, but I’m only guessing that Welcome To The Show partially relates with the meaning of a person completely accepting who they are and their life regardless of how they are perceived. I say partially because I’m aware that this song could mean multiple things.
