Continuation Of The Spirit, January 21, 2013
"Beyond Human Personality" by Geraldine Cummins is a channeled book that tackles debatable subjects. For instance, pages 38-40 tackle the subject of suicide in a very in-depth manner. There is information listed that some spirits that take their own life for noble purposes actually cross over to a better existence in the non-physical realm. It is pretty much implied that the karma of a man or woman who committed suicide determines where they go more than the act itself. Please know that my attention to this is unrelated to whether I would commit suicide. I personally do not believe in taking my own life because I'm aware that greater spiritual growth comes from making the best of my life until I transition from the earth realm into the non-physical sphere. However, I agree with the point made in the book that it is not another man or woman's place to judge another person for committing suicide and where the soul of a suicide goes (due to the fact that it depends on if there was noble intent, their level of spiritual development, and personal karma). There is also an interesting chapter on reincarnation (pages 41-45). One reason why I do believe in reincarnation has to do with the fact that I am thankful for all of the blessings that I have and have a feeling that they are gifts from the good karma that my soul harvested from past lifetimes and this current incarnation (great husband, good health, good place to live, caring friends and family etc). Additionally, I believe that reincarnation helps explain why some people may be born with great beauty and/or certain racial backgrounds. After all, we do live in a society that places value on people depending on how they look on the outside (physical appearance, weight, race, economic status etc.). Yes, I am aware that high self-confidence can greatly help a man or woman's appeal. It is just that I do not believe that everyone reincarnates, but I do feel that a loving creator would not just force all men and women to live just one lifetime in a world where others are influenced to prejudge based on outside appearance, race, weight, disabilities etc. Last, but not least, the "Solar Man" chapter (pages 69-94) discusses how there are a higher number of souls in other worlds than are on earth. There is also an indirect implication that a formerly earth-based soul is allowed to try to reside in these worlds after attaining a certain level of spiritual development. "Beyond Human Personality" by Geraldine Cummins covers so much more and is best for those who are open-minded in seeking spiritual truths from various sources.

Vacation Chill Lounger, January 21, 2013
"SunLounger: The Downtempo Edition" contains ambient melodies that really do create a feeling of being on a relaxing getaway. There are two cds that each have 12 songs. At the time of this writing, the mp3 listing of Amazon US and the Amazon UK both have complete song listings for both cds. Currently, "White Sand" is one of the tracks that I find soothing, but there are many more quality songs on both cds that symbolize stillness. "SunLounger: The Downtempo Edition" is best for those who like musical crossbreeds of electronica and chillout.

Swing Style Madonna, January 21, 2013
"I'm Breathless: Music From and Inspired By The Film Dick Tracy" is a a novelty cd that highlights Madonna's singing. There is the well-known and classic "Vogue" song on this cd. Then there are also multiple songs on this cd that contain swing music that showcase her voice. I admit that "More" is one of my favorite songs on this cd. For this reason, I would more recommend this cd to those who listen to various types of music and/or Madonna fans.

Game of Earth, January 17, 2013
"The Game Of Life and How To Play It" by Florence Scovel Shinn centers around utilizing personal imagination for making the best out of life. Being careful how you ask (page 47), the role of orderliness in manifestation (pages 50-51), and being a strong receiver (page 97) are some of the nurturing details contained in this guide. "The Game Of Life and How To Play It" by Florence Scovel Shinn is a fun book for those who truly believe that life is akin to playing a game.

Connection With Late Family Members, January 17, 2013
I admit that "Seven Steps To Heaven" by Joyce Keller caught my attention because of my desire to explore the potential of connecting with my late adoptive mother. Keller provides important spiritual considerations such as: page 47 (explaining how to use music as a tool of connecting with the spirit realm), pages 82-95 (ways to use dream messages when forging contact), and why forgiveness is so important in the arena of spiritual communication (pages 137-138). Of course, there is much more heart-centered information in this book and "Seven Steps To Heaven" is best for those who have an open mind on finding out ways to contact departed family members. There is even an endorsement of Joyce Keller on the front of "Seven Steps To Heaven" by Regis Philbin.

Festive Anthems, January 17, 2013
"American Anthems" is a satisfying compilation of three cds containing a vast mix of 19 songs on each collection. Fleetwood Mac, ZZ Top, Survivor, Billy Joel,Santana, Ram Jam, Kiss, Cheap Trick and Steve Miller Band are among some of the groups/artists that represent the classic rock genre. The Bellamy Brothers and Johnny Cash represent the country genres. Meanwhile, Train, Billy Idol, Tina Turner, Cher,Heart, Daryl Hall & John Oates, and Sophie Hawkins represent what is included among the pop/pop rock genres. There are many more talented artists/groups that are on this cd. At the time of this writing, Amazon US does not yet have a full listing, but Amazon UK has a complete listing of the songs. "American Anthems" is a strong box set to get for those who like U.S. music themes from various genres.

Getting ESP guidance, January 12, 2013
"Getting Answers: Using Your Intuition To Discover Your Best Life" by Aimee Colette Cartier is a fine book on ways to strengthen extrasensory abilities. For example, Cartier shares how exercise and meditation are crucial in increasing psychic abilities. She also includes encouraging chapters such as the one on patience (pages 35-41) and emphasizing how healing it can be to picture events working out for the better ahead of time. Handling fear (pages 71-82) is also one of the helpful out of the multiple ideas that are given for having a richer life. "Getting Answers: Using Your Intuition To Discover Your Best Life" by Aimee Colette Cartier is good for those who are looking for uplifting guides on sharpening intuition.

Afterlife Perspectives, January 12, 2013
"The Afterlife Unveiled" by Stafford Betty Ph.D. is a unique book that features information on what life after death may look like. Obviously, one has to have an open mind to read "The Afterlife Unveiled" because it a channeled book. However, there is a wealth of interesting information in this book. The following viewpoints are among a few of the writings included within the chapters: Page 7: Robin Williams starred in a movie about the afterlife called "What Dreams May Come." "What Dreams May Come" is based on a fantasy novel of the same moniker (authored by Richard Matheson). Pages 15-21: There are at least 21 spheres of existence in the afterlife. The original channeled book of this information came from "Spirit Teachings" and written by William Stainton Moses (former Anglican minister). Pages 58-59: At least seven higher planes exist and the choice to reincarnate back on earth is optional (sourced from the book "The Road To Immortality" by Geraldine Cummins). Pages 65-68,74: Countless cities and occupations abound in the spirit world as on earth. Comedies and theater are shown in both humorous ways and the true reasons underlying the events (minus the violence). Details are given on how to grow in spirit. Many spirits are allowed the choice of foregoing reincarnation on earth and staying in the non-physical realms (sourced from the book "Life In The World Unseen" by Anthony Borgia). Page 107: At least three ways are given on how souls progress in the non-physical realms. Souls are also seen for exactly who they are in the non-physical realm. Many spirits also enjoy numerous members of their "spirit families" and light beings immediately greeting them after their physical death on earth. Page 109: Many spirits who commit suicide DO NOT transition to an eternal hell. A compassionate view appears to be taken on suicide. Page 111: Countless souls have the free-will to not return to earth, but many choose to reincarnate back on earth for the learning opportunities. There is so much more interesting information contained in this book. "The Afterlife Unveiled" by Stafford Betty Ph.D. is a positive and nourishing book for those who are curious and open-minded in reading about potential realities in the afterlife.

Letters Inspired By The Afterlife, January 12, 2013
"Letters From The Afterlife: A Guide To The Other Side" by Elsa Barker is a channeled book with serious undertones. At the end of the book (pages 269-276), there is information and pictures on both Judge David Patterson Hatch and Elsa Barker (including details on how they became aware of each other). There is an abundance of healing information in this book. For example, pages 108-112 explain why imagination is so powerful and how important it is to the quality of one's afterlife to forgive oneself and bravely carry over any past mistakes upon physical death with self-compassion (pages 159-160). It is also emphasized that expecting more in both the earth life and afterlife can enrich spiritual growth (page 58). Uplifting details on the Celestial Hierarchy are also featured (pages 186-190). The only area I respectfully disagree with is the stance on reincarnation. Hatch implies to Barker that spirits are required to reincarnate back on earth (pages 79-82). I admit that my disagreement could stem from both my human ego and personal preference to have my current physical incarnation to be the last physical lifetime on earth. Additionally, I have full faith that I am going to transition to a more blissful realm upon my physical death and confess that I would prefer to stay in the happier spheres of the non-physical. However, in case Hatch's reincarnation stance is true, I would make sure to do what I have to in order to stay in the non-physical realms for several hundreds of centuries before reincarnating and facilitate my birth into circumstances conducive to great wealth, good luck, good fortune, physical beauty, and high self-confidence. I only say this both from being thankful for my personal blessings and the belief that good karma (either from current or past lifetimes) is part of the life puzzle that explains when some people live charmed lives. After reading this book, I also now believe that there is a risk of spirits unnecessarily setting themselves up for a life of unintended adversity if a soul reincarnates back on earth in a hurry. I now believe that spirits who take their time in selecting where, when, and with who they reincarnate set themselves up for living out their lives in more favorable circumstances that include the following: loving family members, an abundance of friends, high self-confidence, high intelligence, greater talents and/or awareness of limited gifts, physical beauty, greater financial affluence, and/or birth into families of wealthy socio-economic status. "Letters From the Afterlife" influenced my beliefs that these advantageous situations are more probable for those who shrewdly take time to more thoroughly plan their life circumstances through before reincarnating back to earth (if reincarnation exists). On the plus side, this book did help me realize a career that I want to actually pursue, but I wish to avoid sharing due to my feeling of right timing. Additionally, I plan to permanently keep this book because of the helpful information on using imagination to improve life circumstances. "Letters From The Afterlife" by Elsa Barker is good for those who have an open mind on reading about what the afterlife may be.

Papa Roach's high energy songs, January 5, 2013
I admit that this may sound laughable to others, but for some reason, I was influenced to check out "To Be Loved": The Best of Papa Roach after recently hearing remnants of their music in a dream. I have also been familiar with their music since the early 2000's and count the following musical tracks as songs that I find catchy, that are also featured on the greatest hits collection: "Scars", "Getting Away With Murder", "To Be Loved", and "Forever". Django and Schulz Unleashed, December 29, 2012
I admit that I was at first reluctant to watch "Django Unchained" because I was unsure if I was going to be able to handle all of the movie scenes. However, I instantly changed my mind when one of my younger sisters treated me to the film on Christmas day. The film was better than I imagined and includes some of the following characters pivotal to the plot: Kerry Washington as the emotionally tough slave Brumhilda, meanwhile Jamie Foxx and Christopher Waltz brilliantly play a strong tag team via the roles of Django and Dr. King Schulz. Leonardo Dicaprio plays a wealthy plantation owner by the name of Calvin Candie while Samuel Jackson plays his crafty assistant Stephen. Dicaprio and Jackson play evil men, but in all fairness, both men also performed their roles in a superb fashion. Quentin Tarantino also makes an appearance in "Django Unchained." "Django Unchained" is a good movie for those who like unconventional western films.

I was visiting with family members in Illinois this past week and one of my younger sisters organized a happy movie night. For some reason, I was drawn to choose " The House Bunny" from her collection and I am glad that I did. Anna Faris as the former playboy bunny turned "house mother" and Emma Stone as a "socially progressing sorority sister" contribute to each other's growth during the plot of the movie. Hugh Hefner, Holly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson, and Bridget Marquardt also appear in "The House Bunny." " The House Bunny" is good for those who like comedy films.

Visionary Legacy, December 19, 2012
"Lincoln" is a film underscoring some of the poignant and glorious events of President Lincoln's legacy. Obviously, this film interested me because I frequently heard about the significance of Lincoln's legacy all throughout my middle school and high school years. Additionally, I had the chance to previously garner more information about Lincoln from the following circumstances: a Gettysburg Museum visit while I was still in the military, fascinating details included about him from the book "One Nation Under Sex" (by David Eisenbach PhD and Larry Flynt), and further details from both a paper that I wrote and a class that I took less than 11 months ago. Daniel Day Lewis naturally channels the legacy of Lincoln in a dignified manner. It is hard for me to choose from the best in this film because many of the actors and actresses poured their souls into their acting parts. However, I would have to admit that I also liked Tommy Lee Jones (Men In Black films) commanding portrayal of Thaddeus Stevens and James Spader's (Stargate,The Office) amusing depiction of William Bilbo. Lee carefully plays a character who is ahead of their time with the projected emotional strength in standing for equality. Meanwhile, Spader plays both a serious and comical projection of someone who was part of the foundation implementing Lincoln's plans. "Lincoln" is a good movie for those who see the good in Lincoln's legacy and/or those who are open to viewing American History films.

Unleashing Psychic Abilities, December 15, 2012
"Unlocking Your Intuition" by Andrea Hess provides multiple quality details on increasing personal skill in intuitive abilities. She also explains why the connection between the higher self and the subconscious mind must be carefully cultivated in order to strengthen personal psychic skills. The following are some of the important tidbits in the book: Pages 21-27: Hess mentions how deliberately asking the Higher Self for guidance can help it have greater access to our essential energy force. She also explains in further detail how intuition can be learned when a person intentionally creates an avenue for conscious contact to the higher self. The primer exercise that the provides on page 27 is also soul-nourishing. Pages 39-51: She explains how key life areas and the themes in our life can have an impact on the quality of intuitive messages. Divine love, divine light, divine truth, divine abundance, and divine power are some of the examples given. I confess that her information was a spiritual wakeup call for me to do what I can to fix the area of Divine Love (pg. 44). Pages 107-121: Hess includes details on what to do in order to ensure communication with only positive forces that work with benevolent intent with the higher self. Page 133: She includes some resources, including where a person can go to access her free companion workbook to "Unlocking Your Intuition." "Unlock Your Intuition" by Andrea Hess is a spiritually fulfilling book for those who crave information on strengthening their personal connection to their higher self and intuitive abilities.

Visions of Spiritual Tests, December 15, 2012
"The Eyes of Hierarchy" by Torkom Saraydarian starts out with a strong theme of explaining how men and women can contribute to the world via a spiritual manner. He even thoughtfully gives more resources on pages viii for those who want to read more on the subject. The following are some of the good details featured in this book: Pg. 32: He explains how the open-minded can take in powerful information to help their spiritual growth. From his perspective, he mentions that some people may not be consciously aware of doing this for reasons due to their own spiritual protection. Pg. 42: The role of the study of thinking and imagination. Pgs. 43-48: How men and women are chosen and the "tests" that one undergoes as part of the process. The only reason why I ranked it three stars out of five is due to his harsh views on the concept of those who are psychics and a view that souls can be annihilated upon physical death, if they still needed to be stronger in higher principles (page 77). Yes, I do believe that a person's non-physical afterlife is influenced the quality of their thoughts and personal vibration, but I also believe in a loving universe that allows souls to spiritually redeem themselves. The above mentioned reasons are why I would only recommend the book more for the information on chapters 12-13 (Creativity and Hierarchy and Twelve ways to serve the Hierarchy).

Mystical and Adventurous Journey, December 15, 2012
"The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" is a unique film that appears to obviously stir the concept of benevolent forces colliding with malevolent elements. "Ian Mckellen" returns in the pivotal role of Gandalf the Grey. He persuasively plays the wizard who strives to foster unity among Bilbo Baggins and the company of dwarves. Cate Blanchett (Elizabeth, Ponyo,Hanna) and Hugo Weaving (the Matrix films, Captain America, Cloud Atlas) also play important roles with the characters of Galadriel and Elrond. The artistic detail of the orcs and goblins are done in a one of a kind fashion, but I admit that they also remind me a little of some of the villain characters from my husband's World of Warcraft computer game. Many of the characters played an integral part to the plot of this film. However, two of my personal favorite characters were that of Bilbo Baggins (played by Martin Freeman) and Thorin Oakenshield (played by Richard Armitage). They both seem to be two sides of the same spiritual coin and challenge each other in way that brings out their spiritual growth. "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" is great for those who enjoyed any of the Lord Rings trilogies or like fantasy movies.

Good Time Friday, December 12, 2012
"Friday" by Robert Heinlein is an entertaining Science Fiction book that centers around a man-made engineered creation who has it all. Friday is a character who has great brainpower, beauty, impeccable fighting skills, and is popular with both men and women. There was at least one circumstance in the book that I took issue with. For instance, pages 9-10 deal with Friday being raped. I understand that the author probably meant well when writing a character who can supposedly force herself to act like she likes it. However, the only issue with this rape inclusion is that even with fiction writing, the questions raised from the incident would potentially muddy the waters of the hurt that some other rape targets may have suffered. Aside from this caveat, there are also some controversial circumstances in the book that were ok with me. For example, on page 40 Friday is asked about her marital status and the number of husbands that she has. This was also alluded to on pages 48-50 where Friday is given a choice of joining a marriage unit that consists of at least two wives(aside from herself) and three husbands. Yes, the multiple marriage concept does sound far-fetched but I humbly predict that it may become an actual reality within the next 300 years at the most. For these reasons, "Friday" by Robert Heinlein is a classic science fiction book for those who are open-minded to potential scenarios in a futuristic society.

LeAnn Rimes Vocal Range, December 12, 2012
"Greatest Hits" by LeAnn Rimes showcases some of her strongest musical hits throughout her career. I originally heard of her music back in the 90's when I was still in high school. My late adoptive mother loved country music and I often heard Rime's music on the radio frequently. I even briefly went to a high school where "How Do I Live" was played at one of the proms. With that said, her vocal brilliance definitely shines through on this greatest hits cd. Aside from "How Do I Live", "Can't Fight The Moonlight", "Written In The Stars" (with Elton John), "Big Deal", and "Last Thing On My Mind" (featuring Ronan Keating) are some of the decent tracks on this cd. "I Need You" and "You Light Up My Life" are also some of the songs that I enjoy because they both remind me of my husband (in a positive way). "Greatest Hits" by LeAnn Rimes is great for those who like at least three songs from LeAnn Rimes.

Heaven's Voices, December 12, 2012
"Angels Voices" is a various artist collection that combines new age rhythms with chillout music influences. "The Seeress Prophecy" (Daydreaming) by Achillea with Helene Horlyck is one of my favorite tracks on "Angels Voices". The only area where the cd needs improvement is the inclusion of more musical variance. I do agree with those who mention that song variety would strengthen the collection. This would be why "Angels Voices" would be for those who are fine with looking past the caveat of different musical range.

Warrior On The Thrill Ride Of Life, December 5, 2012
I actually first became familiar with Kesha from the "Tik Tok" song and hearing about her duet with Flo Rida on "Right Round" (which is also featured in the "Hangover" movie). "Right Round" also received heavy radio airplay when I was living in both Norfolk, Virginia and Orlando, Florida. I have heard other songs by her but I would have to also put "Your Love Is My Drug" as one of the songs that I had heard on the radio during the summer of 2010 that grew on me. The vibe of "Warrior" reminds me of the vibe of "Your Love Is My Drug" in an exciting way. Many of the songs combine dance, electronica, and pop in a strong way that fits well with the "Warrior Theme". "Warrior", "Crazy Kids", "Wherever You Are", "Dirty Love" (featuring Iggy Pop), "Supernatural", "All That Matters" (The Beautiful Life), and "Past Lives" are only some of the catchy multiple songs on this cd. "Warrior" by Kesha is great if you enjoy musical tracks with pop and electronic elements.

Destination Fun, November 22, 2012
"Travel Secrets" by Tanya Rose is a fascinating book that details both adventurous places to visit and unique people. There is so much to choose from in this book that both the favorite destinations and the most enjoyed interviews are obviously going to be subjective and differ on the number of countries a person traveled to. I found a multiple number of destinations and people in this book that piqued my attention. For example, I found both the interview on Marigay Mckee (pages 78-79) and information on the Chalet Hotel Hornberg (pag. 374) interesting. "Travel Secrets" by Tanya Rose is good for those who enjoy books and/or magazines that cover various vacation destinations throughout the globe.

Rise Of The Imagination, November 22, 2012
"Rise Of The Guardians" is an uplifting movie revolving around how child-like wonder ties into the various holiday themes of occasions such as Christmas and Easter. Obviously, many people are going to come away with different interpretations of the movie. For me, I saw a positive message of how beliefs play a powerful role in life and that every person has a spiritual purpose to fulfill in their life (regardless of their level of popularity and/or prestige). "Rise Of The Guardians" is a good film for those who enjoy cheerful animated movies with prevalent holiday themes.

Accelerated Popularity, November 22, 2012
"30 Days Until I'm Famous" is a quirky film about a man who helps to transform a package carrier into a star. This film is really funny because it playfully pokes fun at how competitive events can get on the path of fame. "30 Days Until I'm Famous" is great for those who like to watch films with music themes.

However, the following listing includes some of my personal favorites among the musical gems in "Greatest Hits": Chapter One": "Miss Independent","Breakaway", "Don't You Wanna Stay"(with Jason Aldean), "Walk Away", "Catch My Breath", "People Like Us", and "A Moment Like This". "Greatest Hits; Chapter One" by Kelly Clarkson is best for those who enjoy greatest hits collections from the pop music genre and/or the music era from 2003-2011.

Dance Fun Warming, November 19, 2012
I previously enjoyed "Planet Pit" by Pitbull and enjoyed the fact that the title of the cd lived up to its name. I actually enjoy "Global Warming" by Pitbull even more and really felt that he poured so much of his imaginative energy into the musical tracks of "Global Warming". Once again, I completely understand that Pitbull's listening audience may or may not share the same ideas as me on the best tracks from "Global Warming". However, the songs that really put me in a good time mood are among the following: "Feel This Moment" (featuring Christina Aguilera),"Back In Time" (featured in the Men In Black 3" movie), "Hope We Meet Again" (featuring Chris Brown), "Party Ain't Over" (featuring Usher and Afrojack), "Drinks For You (Ladies Anthem" (featuring Jennifer Lopez), "Have Some Fun" (featuring The Wanted & Afrojack), Tchu Tchu Tcha" (featuring Enrique Iglesias), "Last Night" (featuring Havana Brown & Afrojack), and "Everybody" (featuring Akon & David Rush). "Global Warming" (Deluxe Edition) by Pitbull is definitely a good buy for anyone that has enjoyed any of this previous musical works and/or music that brilliantly mashes up various music genres (such as the musical mixes of R&B, dance, rap, and electronic in this collection).

Rihanna's Victorious Musical Reign, November 19, 2012
Let me start off by saying that I enjoyed "Talk That Talk" by Rihanna, but I unexpectedly like "Unapologetic" even more. She really made a creative effort in creating songs that convey a kaleidoscope of emotions while still preserving valiant musical undertones. Obviously, millions of Rihanna listeners already have the songs in mind that resonate with them the most. I would have to humbly list the following songs as the ones that gave me a feeling of a party for the mind: "Phresh Out The Runway", "Numb" (featuring Eminem), "Pour It Up", "What Now", "Loveeeeeee Song" (featuring Future), "Jump", "Right Now" (featuring David Guetta), and "Nobody's Business" (featuring Chris Brown). I also decided to download a couple of tracks from her deluxe edition and really enjoyed "Half Of Me" and the remix of "Diamonds" (Dave Aude 100 Extended version). "Unapologetic" by Rihanna is best if you enjoy any of Rihanna's previous music and/or music genres that mix R&B with both electronica and dance elements.

3 Doors Down Classics, November 19, 2012
As with millions of other people, "Kryptonite" was one of the first songs that introduced me to 3 Doors Down. I use to live in both Japan and California (via the military) and the music of 3 Doors Down was played alot by many others that I worked around. I am already conscious of the fact that other music listeners are going to have their own personal preferences on personal favorites from 3 Doors Down. As for me, my personal favorites from this group are "Kryptonite", "When I'm Gone", "Here Without You", and "Be Like That". "Greatest Hits" by 3 Doors Down is best for those who enjoy alternative rock collections.

Passionate Love Songs, November 18, 2012
"Passion: Songs For Lovers" is a two cd set of 19 songs each that truly live up to the title. Many of the love songs are both uplifting and convey an intense creative energy. There is something for many people in these two cds but I would list the following as a sampler of the multiple romantic ballads that I found both enjoyable and fun from this collection: "Life Is A Rollercoaster" by Ronan Keating, "In Demand" by Texas, "You're The Best Thing" by Style Council, "Stars" by Simply Red, and "Still The One" by Shania Twain. "Passion: Songs For Lovers" is a two cd set that is best for those who want an intense love collection that features both happy and dramatic classic love songs.

Futuristic Trance Megamix, November 18, 2012
"Future Trance Megamix" (2011 version) contains 2 cds of extremely innovative songs from the dance/electronica genre. There is not yet a song listing on Amazon US, but Amazon Germany does have the full song and artist listings for both cds. I really liked that concern seemed to be shown in making sure that there are plenty of songs for both cds. For instance, cd one has at least 38 mixed tracks while cd two has 37 mixed tracks. Cascada, Italo Brothers, Groove Coverage, Mike Candys, Jack Holiday, Triple Starr, and Tiesto are some of the many good music artists featured in this collection. There are so many enjoyable songs to choose from in this collection but "Temple Of Dreams" by Future Breeze, Scoon, & Delore plus "For The Love Of A Princess" (theme from the Braveheart movie) by Sakin & Friends have to be among some of my personal favorites from this cd. "Future Trance Megamix" (2 cd 2011 version) is best for those who like various artist collections that feature trance and electronica music elements.

Musical James Bond, November 18, 2012
"Best Of James Bond: 50th Anniversary" contains a wonderful selection of songs to go with the adventure and action theme in James Bond. I really enjoyed so many of the songs in this soundtrack that it is hard for me to pinpoint the favorites on this one. Plus, there is a song for everyone on this soundtrack. The following artists are among some of the many featured in this soundtrack: Tom Jones, Nancy Sinatra, Louis Armstrong, Paul McCartney, Carly Simon, Sheena Easton, Duran Duran, A-Ha, Tina Turner, Sheryl Crow, Garbage, Madonna, Chris Cornell, and Jack White. There are also multiple artists on the second cd that are very well known. However, I am surprised that "Skyfall" by Adele was not included on this soundtrack. I recently saw and enjoyed the "Skyfall" film (starring Daniel Craig) and felt that Adele's version of "Skyfall" was a perfect fit to the movie. "Best Of James Bond: 50th Anniversary" (2 cd set) is best for those who like at least any one of the James Bonds films and/or at least five of the theme songs.

Classic Vintage From Duran Duran, November 17, 2012
"Duran Duran: The Biggest And The Best" is a two cd collection that features 17 songs on each cd. I was previously fortunate to be familiar with their music from one of their other greatest hits collections and their strong performance from an autumn 2011 concert. I completely understand that others may have different personal favorites from this cd, but I would personally list "Hungry Like The Wolf", "Faith In This Colour", "New Religion", "Meet El Presidente" and "Chaffeur" as some of my personal favorites from cd one. "A View To A Kill", "Notorious", "A Matter Of Feeling", and "Save A Prayer" are among some of my personal favorites from cd two. Many of these classics are from the 80's era and are best for those who like 80's pop/new wave music.

Destiny's Child Originals, November 17, 2012
As with millions of others, I was first introduced to Destiny's Child during the late 90's/early millennium. "Bills, Bills, Bills" and "Say My Name" were among some of the first songs that I heard from this group. There are fourteen songs on this greatest hits collection that include some of the other following Destiny's Child hits: "Survivor", "Jumpin Jumpin", "Independent Women" (Part 1), and "Soldier." "The Very Best Of Destiny's Child" is great for those who like at least five songs from Destiny's Child and/or R&B music from the late 90's/early millennium era.

Country Joy, November 17, 2012
These classic songs on the "Country Love" cds bring back positive memories of the music that my late adoptive mother and older sister exposed me to during my teenage years. I admit that this genre of music only started to grow on me after my sophomore year in high school. The following are some of the happy and catchy originals in this collection: "Livin On Love" by Alan Jackson,"I Love You" by Martina Mcbride,"Love Me" by Collin Raye,"When You Say Nothing At All" by Allison Krauss & Union Station, "Forever's As Far As I'll Go" by Alabama, "Forever Together" by Randy Travis, "I Swear" by John Michael Montgomery, "Carrying Your Love With Me" by George Strait, "I Do" by Mark Wills, "She Never Lets It Get To Her Heart" by Tim McGraw, "She Don't Know She's Beautiful" by Sammy Kershaw, "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing" by Mark Chesnutt, "I Still Believe In You" by Vince Gill, "Mama Sang A Song" by Bill Anderson, and "Daddy's Hands" by Holly Dunn There are so many more good tunes in this collection but I felt that it would be sufficient to at least provide a mini-sampler. The full listing is available on musicspacedotcom. "Country Love" is best for those who enjoy a compilation of uplifting songs from various artists.

Brief Chillout, November 16, 2012
"This Is Chillout" is a three cd set that contains lounge sounding mixing that is reminiscent of music from the early millennium period. "Space Food" by Tai-Fun, "I Feel You" by Depeche Mode (swamp mix), "Rock It" by Freezone, "Estelle" by A Man Called Adam, and "Underwater Love" by Smoke City were some of the smooth songs on this cd. I was surprised that the vocals to "I Feel You" by Depeche Mode were omitted because it would have been nice to hear the lyrics in another chillout version. My only caveats to these cds are that there are only eleven songs on each of the two cds, but there is at least a third bonus cd that is forty four minutes and thirty two seconds. However, this is not the type of collection to play at a party or gathering because the songs have a very high "quiet" quality. They are best played when you ready to unwind late into the day and/or with only one other person around (who also enjoys chillout music). For this reason, "This Is Chillout" is more for people who listen to chillout music as one of their personal top five music genres.

Dance Club In The Elysian Fields, November 14, 2012
I must preface this review by acknowledging that my interpretation of the artwork and theme to the cds are obviously subjective. "Tomorrowland 2012 Vol. 2" is an uplifting mix of dance tunes that appear to go with what I am guessing to be is a theme of a Utopian world. Inside the cds are some images of very colorful and bright artwork that reflect the "Happy Wonderland" theme. The following are among some of the multiple catch tracks that are on "Tomorrowland 2012": "In My Mind" by Ivan Gough &Feenixpawl featuring Georgia Kay, "Ladi Dadi" by Steve Aoki featuring Wynter Gordon, "Sing 2 Me" by Thomas Gold,"You're Gonna Love Again" by Nervo, "Million Voices" by Otto Knows, "The Night Out" by Martin Solveig, "Tomorrowland Anthem" by Dimitri Vegas, and "The Alphabeat" by David Guetta. "Tomorrowland 2012 Vol. 2" is best for those who enjoy dance/trance songs with a carnival and free-spirited vibe.

Wonderwall's Alchemy, November 14, 2012
I had first heard of Wonderwall back in the early 2000's from a cd titled "Kuschel Rock" Vol. 15. I was still in the military and had purchased this Kuschel Rock cd from a mall in the United Arab Emirates. "Witchcraft" by Wonderwall include songs that mix pop and rock elements from the 90's and early millennium. "In April", ""Together Again", "Sexy Girl", and "Dear Lifetime" are some of the peppy songs on this cd. "Witchcraft" by Wonderwall is best for those who like to collect Europop cds.

Lana Del Rey's Musical Heaven, November 13, 2012
I admit that I am a little late to the Lana Del Rey party but I'm glad to have witnessed her daring and emotionally provoking video for the "Ride" track. Many of the songs from Lana Del Rey evoke a 60's pop vibe with a modern-day twist. The best way to describe Paradise is a strong musical effort that is unique in a similar way of the "Boots" song by Nancy Sinatra. My favorite songs from Disc 1 are "Blue Jeans", "Video Games", "Dark Paradise", "Radio", "Million Dollar Man", and "Lucky Ones." "Ride", "American", "Blue Velvet", and "Gods & Monsters" and "Bel Air" are my favorites from disc 2. "Born To Die-The Paradise Edition" by Lana Del Rey is best for those who enjoy vintage pop music.

Musical Flower, November 13, 2012
Christina Aguilera's interview with Lucky magazine was what first got me interested in checking out her recent work. My curiosity was also heightened when she mentioned that anyone that likes the song "Fighter" is also going to like her new work and when Blake Shelton publicly endorsed her latest cd (via facebook). I consider both Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert naturally good singers. Naturally,I figured that "Lotus" must contain good vocals as well. I am glad that I went by this hunch because Christina Aguilera's voice definitely shines through on this deluxe version. I understand that others may prefer different songs, but these tracks are currently among some of my favorites on "Lotus": "Army Of Me", "Red Hot Kinda Love" "Make The World Move" (featuring Ceelo), "Your Body", "Let There Be Love", "Around The World", "Best Of Me", "Just A Fool" (featuring Blake Shelton), and "Light Up The Sky". "Lotus" by Christina Aguilera is definitely recommended for those who enjoy "Fighter" and/or at least three songs by Christina Aguilera.

Arcade Dance Fun In The Privacy Of Home, November 12, 2012
"Just Dance Greatest Hits"(Xbox 360 version) is an exciting game filled with some of the more recent dance hits. I bought this game to supplement Dance Dance Revolution as a healthy way to have fun while improving my dance skills in privacy. I was pleasantly surprised at how user friendly it is and even my husband joined in and liked the game. I am still learning how to use the game and maneuver through all of my songs, but I started out playing the game via random song selection. "Acceptable In The 80's" by Calvin Harris was the very first track that came on for me while "Hey Ya" by Outkast was the first random tune that played for my husband. My only caveat with this game is that not all of the songs are by the original artists. For example, when I decided to consciously choose the songs "Barbie" was one of the first choices that came to mind. However, the version by Countdown Dee's Hit Explosion came out ok but I would have preferred hearing Aqua's version of "Barbie". The full track listing to this game is on justdancegamedotcom. "Just Dance Greatest Hits" (Xbox 360) is best for those who like any of the Dance Dance Revolution games and/or dance exercise games with exciting music.
