"Chillout Lounge 2" contains tranquil and distinct chill-out music. There are thirteen tracks on each cd and a medley of various artists on each one of them. "Chillout Lounge 2" is suitable for the times when a person craves peaceful electronica music.

Reach For Magnificence, May 19, 2013
Fortunately, I originally discovered Blackmill through Pandora Radio. I have an eclectic mix of radio stations saved through that account, and hear songs by this artist frequently. My first musical introduction to this musician was through the "Miracle" compilation (which I reviewed September 2012). "Reach For Glory" by Blackmill came out a little earlier (2011), but is also just as good as the Miracle set. The title of the song is a little offputting, but "Evil Beauty" is a gem of a song. I can truly say that every song in this set is of high quality but I also enjoy "A Reach For Glory", "City Lights", "In The Night of Wilderness", "Flesh and Bones", "Sacred River", and "Rain". "Reach For Glory" by Blackmill is great for those who enjoy mashups of chillout and/or electronica music.

"Wings" by Little Mix appears to be a happy song about following your dreams. I also like the message about staying emotionally strong regardless of what is reflected externally. "Wings" by Little Mix is good for those who like dance/pop songs.

Quirky Sentiment Song?, May 19, 2013
I had first heard of the song "Meet Virginia" by Train around the late 90's. This track is catchy and appears to be about an amalgam of different ideas (on the initial surface it appears to be about one female). "Meet Virginia" by Train is good for those who like late 90's pop/soft rock songs.

Opportunity Inspiration, May 11, 2013
"How I Made It by : 40 Successful Entrepreneurs" by Rachel Bridge features profiles on men and women who successfully became self-made millionaires. The book is informative and even features stats on personal details that they bravely shared (such as educational levels, marital status, motto etc.). I also really liked that there was a balanced feature of men and women from a myriad of backgrounds.

Spiritual Communication Perspectives, May 11, 2013
"Matthew Tell Me About Heaven: A Firsthand Description of the Afterlife" by Suzanne Ward is a heartwarming book on a mother's spiritual connection with her late son. One must have an open mind to obtain "Matthew Tell Me About Heaven" due to the book being from the channeled genre. Information on earth communication, cultural resources, and the lifeprint review are among some of the multiple insights included in this book. There is also a discussion on how each soul experiences their version of heaven through the indirect influence of their personal beliefs.

A Soul In Nirvana, May 11, 2013
"A Swan In Heaven: Conversations Between Two Worlds" by Terri Daniel. This book also happens to be channeled and is based around a mother's communication with her son that passed over. Terri Daniel pays homage to "Matthew Tell Me About Heaven" by Suzanne Ward in her book. One of the most healing reminders that I gleaned from this book was the gentle reminder that many men and women are actually capable of gathering guidance from their own higher self. I also liked that there was a loving emphasis on how the messages received from the higher self are actually among the best wisdom to follow.

"Escape: The Best of European Trance" features various artists on one cd. There are 12 music tracks that are listed to be representative of club music from Germany, Holland, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, and other parts of Europe. I admit that one of my favorite songs on this cd is "Beachbreeze" (Svenson Remix) by Svenson & Gielen Feat. Jan Johnston. Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Airwave, and Ferry Corsten are also among the multiple musicians featured on "Escape: The Best of European Trance."

Wealthy Man Who Yearns For Love, May 10, 2013
"The Great Gatsby Film" featured a wild but entertaining tale of the complicated love triangle between the characters of Tom Buchanan, Myrtle Wilson, Daisy Buchanan, and Jay Gatsby. Joel Edgerton and Isla Fisher did good jobs in capturing the torrid but scandalous romance between Tom Buchanan and Myrtle Wilson. However, I admit that my three favorite character portrayals in the movie were that of Jay Gatsby (played in an extraordinary way by Leonardo Dicaprio), Daisy Buchanan (sensual and brilliant portrayal), and Nick Carraway (outstanding performance by Tobey Maguire). I personally feel that Dicaprio really became one with the Jay Gatsby character and brought the Gatsby persona to life. It was both touching and tragic to see how far he went for his love of Daisy Buchanan. You then have the character of Daisy Buchanan who is mutually in love with Jay Gatsby, and is conflicted on what to do. Last, but not least, there is the heartfelt depiction of Nick Carraway as one with a strong conscience and sees mainly the best in Jay Gatsby. However, his natural concern for Gatsby towards the end of the film was portrayed in an extreme light. "

Lavish Gatsby Soundtrack, May 8, 2013
"The Great Gatsby" (Music From Baz Luhrmann's Film) soundtrack features a diverse range of various artists and 21 music tracks. Obviously, personal favorites are going to vary depending on personal tastes, but I admit that the following songs are among some of the songs that I enjoyed from this soundtrack: "Young and Beautiful" by Lana Del Rey, "Crazy In Love" (Kid Koala Version) by Emeli Sande & The Bryan Ferry Orchestra, "Bang Bang" by Will.i.a.m., "A Little Party Never Killed Nobody" (All We Got) by Fergie, Q-Tip, and Goonrock, Love Is The Drug by Bryan Ferry Orchestra, "Where The Wind Blows" by Coco O.,"Into The Past" by Nero, and Over The Love (Of You) by Florence &The Machine&SBTRKT. Beyonce, Andre 3000, Jay Z,Kanye West, Sia, Gotye, and Jack White are also among some of the musicians featured on this collection. "The Great Gatsby" (Music From Baz Luhrmann's Film) soundtrack is an excellent choice for those who are interested in the upcoming film and/or have eclectic music tastes.

Suspense Intensifies, May 8, 2013
"Scandal Season 2" continues with the intriguing and entertaining lives of Fitz, Mellie, Olivia Pope, Cyrus, and the other men and women strongly intertwined with their lives. I really enjoyed the emergence of the various love stories that were weaved into these characters lives. It was also both heartwarming but also heart string pulling to see the character of Huck reacting when exposed to the dynamic of family and love. Abby Whelan is also greatly transformed when the concept of love comes into her life. It was entertaining to see her get into an ultra- protective mode when someone she cares about gets into danger. Please know that I feel that many of the characters contributed to Season 2 in one fantastic way or another. Additionally, the profiles of Huck and Abby Whelan are still two of my favorite characters from Scandal. However, I have to admit that I also enjoyed the psychological growth of Harrison Wright and Hollis Doyle. The character of Harrison Wright shows a man who is willing to do what it takes to protect the strength of the Pope & Associates firm while conscientiously minimizing the potential harm that could be done. Wright is also brilliantly depicted showing concern and loyalty to his fellow co-workers, especially Olivia Pope and Abby Whelan. George Newbern gives an enigmatic performance as the character of Charlie. The character of Hollis Doyle is also superbly shown in Season 2 to be a man who has a heart. He is initially shown naturally being skeptical about what happens to one of his daughters but still caring about her well-being. A more multi-dimensional side of him emerges when he makes a tough love decision on what to do with his daughter because he is also concerned about one of his ex-wives. Scandal Season 2 is great for those who already enjoyed Scandal Season 1 and/or like political thrillers set in the Washington D.C. area.

Child-free Lifestyle, May 5, 2013
Reluctantly, I confess that it is strictly my own decision and idea to be child-free (since the age of 8). I say reluctantly because my husband expressed his feeling that I would have made a good mother and that we would have had beautiful children together. However, his decision to spend the rest of his current lifetime with me is constant even with my choice to be child-free.I must start this review by prefacing that there are people in my life that I admire who happen to be parents. I admit that I'm not sure how my biological mother and adoptive mother would have felt about my firm decision to stay childfree. This is only because both women died within 18 months of each other and before I married my current husband (who I met in 2002 and married in 2004). However, I would like to think that both my biological mother and adoptive mother would have been supportive about my certain decision to stay childfree (if they were still alive today).Additionally, most women that I see who truly enjoy being mothers are depression free, are prosperous enough to afford help in caring for their children and/or have parents around who would immediately drop what they were doing to help look after the children. However, I have known since I was 8 years old that I preferred to be child-free. One of my main satellite reasons that I chose the child-free path is related to my intent to be available to freely work various shifts in this competitive employer's market. Additionally, there are some legal and respectable career plans that I have and being child-free helps to more freely facilitate those options. Last, but not least, there are more than enough families who have more than four children per household (just in the United States of America alone) to make up for the number of men and women who voluntarily decide to stay child-free.
Fortunately, my husband is supportive of my decision to be kid-free for the rest of my current life and has even been aware of my child-free choice even before he proposed to me back in 2003. I purchased "Kid-free & Lovin It" by Kaye D. Walters as a book of support because of the judgement and questions from others that my husband and I have dealt with as a result from both of us mutually agreeing to be child-free. There are featured stories of those who have also chosen the offspring free route and effective rebuttals to various arguments and/or concerns that some well-meaning men and women may mention to child-free couples. I also like that there are various child-free resources listed in the back (in terms of websites, groups, and books).

Washington D.C. Guide Info, May 5, 2013

Maps on the following colleges are also featured: American University, The Catholic University of America,Gallaudet University, The George Washington University, Georgetown University, Howard University, University of Maryland, and George Mason University. Data grouped by local government, volunteering, and calendar of events are also among some of the multiple and helpful listings available in "Not For Tourists Guide Washington DC 2013". There is even a not for tourists dot come website available for those who want even more added details. Third Time Iron Man Charm, May 5, 2013
"My husband and I watched and enjoyed both the first and the second Iron man films when they were released to the movie theaters. The action gets even better in Iron Man 3 and returns with Robert Downey Jr. and Gwyneth Paltrow reprising their dynamic couple persona (in a regal way) of Tony Stark and Virginia Potts. The character of Tony Stark ends up having dealings in Switzerland and Tennessee at different time periods. Don Cheadle plausibly returns in the essential role as Tony Stark's right hand man. The characters of Dr.Maya Hansen (played in a cunning way by Rebecca Hall) and Aldrich Killian (attentively played by Guy Pearce) indirectly contribute to the plot unfoldment as well as endurance of the union between Tony Stark and Virginia Potts.

Zeal of Armin Van Buuren, May 5, 2013
As mentioned in some of my previous reviews, I discovered the music sounds of Armin Van Buuren in 2009 (via a public library) when I was still living in Orlando, Florida. Naturally, obtaining and hearing this "Intense" collection symbolizes a continuation of my interest in his music. There is a harmonic balancing and blending of trance and vocals within these musical tracks. I am completely aware that personal song preferences from "Intense" are going to be subjective depending on the person. However, "Intense" (feat. Miri Ben Ari), "This Is What It Feels Like" (feat. Trevor Guthrie), "Beautiful Life" (feat. Cindy Alma), "Waiting For The Night" (feat. Fiora), "Sound of the Dreams" (feat. Laura Jansen), "Alone" (feat. Lauren Evans), "Turn This Love Around" (feat. Laura V.), "Won't Let You Go" (feat. Aruna), "Forever Is Ours" (feat. Emma Hewitt), and "Humming The Lights" (Armin Van Buuren & Gaia) are some of the multiple songs on this collection that are great to listen to right away.

Danni Minogue Romanticism, May 5, 2013
I first heard of Danni Minogue back around the 2003/2004 timeframe when I happened to be stationed in southern California through the U.S. navy. I had seen the music video for "I Begin To Wonder" by Danni Minogue from one of the Yahoo music videos. I then became curious to eventually get one of Danni Minogue's cds after seeing the music video for "You Won't Forget About Me." I decided to purchase "Hits & Beyond" by Danni Minogue in July 2007 (this was by the time I was living on the Mayport Naval base near Atlantic Beach, Florida). This "Hits & Beyond" collection contains a strong variance of 19 songs that showcase Danni Minogue's voice and the emotion of love through many of these songs. "All I Wanna Do" happens to be one out of the multiple quality songs where Danni Minogue's imaginative and idealized spirit comes through. This collection of "Hits & Beyond" by Danni Minogue contains 19 songs and is great to get for those who like 90's/early 2000's style dance/pop.

I admit to "Beautiful Life" and "Lucky Love" as being among my favorites in this collection. "Greatest Hits" by Ace of Base symbolizes carefree and lighthearted dance/pop music from the 90's.

Fortunately, I got the chance to visit Singapore during this time and spotted the Kuschel Rock 15 collection at one of the shopping malls of the hotel that I was staying at. There was a vast selection of European music imports inside of the mall music store that I spotted Kuschel Rock 15 at. I have had this compilation since then and carry happy memories with me on the multiple occasions that I first played these cds. At the time of this writing, a full track listing of "Kuschel Rock 15" is available on Amazon Germany under the 2001 listing. The following listing are some of the multiple artists featured on Kuschel Rock 15: Atomic Kitten, Uncle Kracker, Bon Jovi, Melanie Thornton, Aerosmith, Emma Bunton, Ronan Keating, Dido, Enya, Robbie Williams, Destiny's Child, Nelly Furtado, Jennifer Lopez, Travis, Wonderwall, and Britney Spears.

Tori Amos Videos, April 28, 2013
The first songs that familiarized me with the music of Amos were "Cornflake Girl" and "Precious Things." It was around the mid-1990's and I had to be around 14-16 years old when I first heard these songs on the radio. I also had the chance to see her in concert back in December 2011. "Hey Jupiter", "Cornflake Girl", and "Caught A Light Sneeze" are some of the popular Tori Amos songs that are in this collection. This "Fade To Red" Video Collection by Tori Amos consists of 10 music videos on the first disc and 9 songs on her second disc. There are also two videos for the bonuses.
