Life Connection Patterns?
I admit that I actually bought the film Heaven Can Wait from Amazon back in February 19, 2015. The film touches on Henry Van Cleve (Don Ameche) recounting in the afterlife his life including how he got together with his wife Martha (Gene Tierney) through means considered very scandalous at the time. This was scandalous because Martha originally planned on marrying Henry’s cousin Albert (Allyn Joslyn). Martha and Henry go on to have a good life together despite this controversial start to their relationship and of course numerous other actors/actresses are part of the film. Henry also recounts and admits his weakness to attractive show girls and how this almost indirectly affected his marriage to Martha. Some of the bonuses that are a part of the Heaven Can Wait dvd; Chapters, Marketing, Molly Haskell and Andrew Sarris, Samson Raphaelson:Screenwriter, Ernst Lubitsch; A Musical Collage.

I Intend To Continue To Write and
I am a resilient and persistent woman who strongly believes that my creativity and writing ability can get better the longer I am alive and with frequent writing practice. However, I admit that I prefer to also utilize sources that I can turn to from time to time for encouragement especially as I am in the process of working out how I can join and stay in a book club andor an online writing club as I work out my employment strategies for this summer. Yes, I understand that I am going to have to put in the work and persist in my writing dreams for potentially several weeks, months, andor years with little regard to fame andor obscurity. Fortunately, my discovery of this kindlebook AUTHOR: Most Successful Authors of all Time. (Quotes Book 5) by Lucas Smith came in time as encouragement and contains among some of the following encouraging quotes that give food for thought: You see something, then it clicks with something else, and it will make a story. But you never know when it’s going to happen (Stephen King), I’m a writer, and I will write what I want to write (J.K. Rowling), I love to tell stories, it’s a delight for me (James Patterson), If you see the magic in a fairy tale, you can face the future (Danielle Steele), Writing’s still the most difficult job-but it’s worth it (John Grisham), I always write things that entertain me, and one of the things that I find really enjoyable is the idea of love. I like looking at my own life and my friends and family and how love changes who you are (Stephanie Meyer). Of course, there are also more food for thought quotes in this kindlebook as well as from other featured others referenced in this kindlebook.

5.0 out of 5 stars My Husband’s Musical InterestsMay 19, 2017
This review is from: Going the Distance (MP3 Music)
This Amazon playlist of Going The Distance caught my attention after my husband allowed me to use his phone less than five days ago to listen to music through the Amazon music app. One of the music playlists that he had saved was the Amazon playlist of Going The Distance and I chose to listen to it in order to get a deeper understanding of his varied music interests (one of the multiple things that we have in common is our eclectic music interests). There are a wide range of musically edgy songs on this Going The Distance playlist such as; Adventures of a Lifetime by Coldplay, Going The Distance by Cake, Antidote by Swedish House Mafia feat. Knife Party, Fighter by Christina Aguilera, Don’t Stop Believin by Journey, The Edge of Glory by Lady Gaga, Beautiful Day by U2, We Didn’t Start the Fire by Billy Joel, I Will Wait by Mumford and Sons, Hall of Fame by William of the Black Eyed Peas and the Script, Remember the Name by Fort Minor feat. Styles of Beyond, Eye of the Tiger by Survivor, Can’t Hold Us by Macklemore feat. Ray Dalton, Dark Horse by Katy Perry feat. Juicy J, Womanizer by Britney Spears, Rapture (Avicii New Generation Remix) by Nadia Ali, What I Like About You by the Romantics, We Found Love by Calvin Harris and Rihanna, Feel Good Inc. by the Gorillaz, Black Betty by Ram Jam, Talk Dirty by Jason Derulo feat. 2 Chainz, Sail Awolnation, Treasure by Bruno Mars, Happy by Pharrell Williams, Desire (LaLaLa) by Shakira, Give Me Everything by Pitbull feat. Neyo Afrojack and Nayer, Timber by Pitbull and Kesha, and more good songs in this Going the Distance Amazon playlist.

I preface this Amazon review by admitting that I actually pre-ordered this kindlebook of Portraits of Courage; A Commander’s Tribute to America’s Warriors by George W. Bush with Laura Bush and Peter Pace credited in the forewords on Saturday October 8, 2016 due to my military themed interests pertaining to movies, books etc. stemming from the time I served in the navy. This was well after I had already had my mind made up on voting for Hillary Clinton and following through with voting for her on my birthday, which was also on election day certain that her victory was secured. My point; I try to avoid letting my personal politics indirectly color whether I look at writings andor creative work from men andor women from other sides of the political aisle as I believe maturely being open and considering viewpoints different from my own expands my understanding and wisdom of the world both around me and outside of me. Even then, I was working on being more courageous in various areas of my life and both the title and the feature that various current and former members of the military were going to be featured in this kindlebook caught my attention. With that out of the way, the following are some of the features of this kindlebook for those who are still deciding on purchasing this kindlebook; artistic portrait of Christopher Self a sergeant major who served in the U.S. Army Reserve from 1984-1986 and U.S. Army from 1986 to 2013, Master Seargant Scott Neil who served in the U.S. Army from 1986 to 2010, Master Sergeant Roque Urena who served in the U.S. Airforce from 1983 to 2008, Leslie Zimmerman who served in the U.S. Army from 2001-2004, Chris Goehner who was in the navy from 2003 to 2006, and more people who have been affiliated with the military. I also liked that stories were included to get an idea of why they may appear the way they do in their artistic portraits.

I admit that I know that I have a good job where I am treated fairly and I’m already on my second day of vacation with my current job but I am in the process of working out what I am going to legally do for money from now until August 13 (due to the fact that I am a temporary employee at my current job who is subject to extended summer breaks). Information online is scarce for my situation, and the only article that come close to my job situation are ones that basically imply how to suppress your courage in taking a new job when you have your current one (which is only practical for my situation if I was a year round employee andor I did not care to improve/increase my courage in following what I felt was my career destiny regardless of what my critics think). I know that I brought this upon myself when I took the job knowing it was temporary and waiting until after April to start job searching for the summer after I found out the status of a related lateral year long job connected to my current job (there are year round/permanent classed employees at my current place of employment as well as temporary/seasonal employees). However, I intend to take greater control over of my career/money destiny even if it means taking a second job that I would work overnight hours to keep long after my current job re-starts in August. I got this kindlebook in hopes of getting ideas on how to sell myself for a second job andor a year long job with this kindlebook of Job Interview: Land Your Dream Job by Conquering your Next Job Interview by Answering 50 Tough Job Interview Questions and Maximizing Your Resume and ... To Answer Them (Job Pinnacle 2020) (Volume 1) by Freddy Palmer. Some of the ideas in this kindlebook; the difference in the types of resumes, researching the job, researching the company, the questions you will get asked including why you are applying for the job, the author’s idea of what a good answer and a bad answer to certain questions are, pitfalls to avoid such as complaining about your present job, answers to 50 tough interview questions, The author also gives citations and learning to tell a story in his kindlebook. I admit that I am still going to look for more help that I need in my employment goals after getting this kindlebook both through various online sources and offline (such as through an employment center connected to a shopping mall within five miles of where my husband and I live). Yet I am regret-free when getting this kindlebook.

First off, I preface this review by making it clear that I am sharing this review as an amateur writer who is also an Amazon writing enthusiast. I am also fortunate in the fact that my husband and my mother in law have gifted me with either books andor writing related products as a way of showing their love and support for my writing passion through both challenging and good times in my life. This kindlebook review of Learn: Cognitive Psychology - How to Learn, Any Skill or Subject in 21 Days! by Sebastian Archer is indirectly influenced by my intent to improve upon my passion for writing. Archer elaborates on giving an objective to a minimum goal that helps towards measuring success of that goal, adding additional stakes and rewards (he gives a helpful website for listing the goal), consult the experts (such as getting ten books together that pertains to this goal), removing potential obstacles towards this goal for successful momentum, ways to celebrate wins, and much more.

Yes, I know that I am referencing the Eye of the Tiger song by Survivor yet this kindlebook has motivated/encouraged me to use what I am going through in my career life as an opportunity to refine my weight loss goals (kind of how hearing the Eye of the Tiger song puts me in a hopeful mood). My intent to make the best of my increased and recent free time to step up my game in my walking goals has indirectly influenced my kindlebook purchase of Habit Stacking: 127 Small Changes to Improve Your Health, Wealth, and Happiness by S.J. Scott. Some of the transformative changes referenced in this kindlebook; pinpointing the top five most important goals, thinking of a new skill to master andor volunteer opportunity, writing a freedom journal, different apps and websites to use, focusing on small wins, and more.

5.0 out of 5 stars I’m Different From The Intended Target Audience And This Looks To Be a Kindlebook to gift to one of my very young Family MemberMay 19, 2017

This kindlebook of The Young Investor: Projects and Activities for Making Your Money Grow Kindle Edition by Katherine Bateman caught my attention as an outside the box way to generate more money to both increase my savings account and as a side way to make money in addition to finding legal ways to make money this summer. There is a wide abundance and plethora of articles on saving money online but do not take into account that only so much saving money can go on before additional ways of making money need to happen (especially for certain temporary jobs where you basically go on an unpaid vacation over the summer span of at least 2 to almost 3 months)unless you find other legal sources of income. This kindlebook caught my attention because I intend, regardless of what some of my critics think, to avoid waiting until I have a certain income andor a more perfect financial picture to continually invest by September 2018 or sooner as long as I only invest small to modest amounts of what I save for my husband and I (such as 2.5% to a maximum of 5% of my overall savings). The author goes on to explain to a young intended reading audience that she wants to share various ways for a person to make their money grow as she has been friends with accomplished people in their 40s and 50s who have been afraid to ask questions around money such as certificates of deposit for fear of how others may judge their intelligence. Some of the money games brought up include; making a money circle, various finance websites, making a risk tolerance chart, thinking of ways to earn money and an example story of a very young person who started his own lawn mowing service his sophomore year of college. The person making money from their lawn mowing business used some of the money from his profits as seed money for his investing. Bateman also has an informative chapter in regards to Wall Street and much more information. This is not the only book that I have recently personally bought on increasing and improving upon my investing knowledge, yet it is a book that I wish that I would have known about when it was first released.

2.0 out of 5 stars I Have An Open Mind, Yet I Rate This 2 Stars BecauseMay 19, 2017

I admit that as an aspiring fiction writer with an interest in spiritual/celestial topics, the purchase of this kindlebook of Afterlives of the Rich and Famous by Sylvia Browne was a natural choice for me. The pros; Sylvia Browne gives rich detail of the heavenly landscapes that some of the celebrities apparently transitioned to in a way that even a novice when it comes to visualization can easily imagine physical descriptions of the worlds she is referring to. Additionally, an informative description on a multiple number of celebrities are featured that give information on their lives such as: Walter Cronkite, John Kennedy Jr., Grace Kelly,Heath Ledger,George Carlin, Cary Grant, Marilyn Monroe,Paul Newman and more. However, the writing seems to be written in a way to where she may have genuinely thought she was channeling their spirits and maybe she did channel some spirits who passed over. However, the advice given sounds too much like something that might have came more from a well intentioned place within her subconscious/imagination than the spirits. For instance, John F. Kennedy Jr’s account of his afterlife apparently included very little of his late wife Carolyn Bessette who is listed online to have died with him. I have seen information in other afterlife themed writings that it is sometimes not unusual for mothers and sons to incarnate in future lifetimes as husband and wife so it is not so much that I’m disputing. Rather, I felt like Sylvia Browne may have been unintentionally coming from her own viewpoint when painting the picture of who he is spending time with. Then there is the mention of Heath Ledger in this kindlebook who apparently decided to reincarnate back in earth in 2016 and planned his life to where he runs into his daughter again when she is in her 30s. Even if this is remotely true andor people who knew him agree with Sylvia Browne’s account, I have a hard time believing that someone would want to just willingly give extensive details of their next incarnation in just a few years (at the time it was written) without it drastically affecting the life plan of people close to them involved (in other words I trust that there is good reason why it is probably hidden from most people why a person/a group of people may not know the whereabouts of a relative who chooses to reincarnate back on earth within five years or less of their most recent death). There is more I could say but my intuition is influencing me from refraining to do so. However, due to the descriptive nature of some of the worlds Sylvia Browne addresses, this kindlebook would probably be better more as a fantasy fiction type of guide for other types of fantasy/spiritual themed books/movies/tv shows/scripts rather than new age non-fiction. Yes, I do believe that it is sometimes possible for a psychic to communicate with some of the rich and famous souls who crossed over to various worlds/realms of heaven. However, even as an open-minded person, I am prone to get skeptical of a psychic who says that they communicated with the spirit of a rich and famous person unless they spoke andor communicated to them in some way while that celebrity was still alive (even then I would need to see other signs that the psychic is not merely preying on people who miss some of their favorite celebrities andor even family members andor friends of that particular celebrity). Yes, I understand that there are psychic exceptions to the rule and I am open-minded to the fact that there may be someone who comes along one day and has the ability to truly make contact with the spirits of the rich and famous who already passed over. However, after glancing the article through my yahoo newsfeed,I could not help but respectfully and quietly disagree with a psychic who said that they were channeling the spirit of a dead celebrity less than a few weeks ago. For karmic reasons, the psychic shall go unnamed because I believe that they were possibly coming from a good place/good intention but making contact with maybe a facet from their creative imagination and thinking it was a message from the dead celebrity they named.

Here Comes Mr. Jordan is a film that touches on how sometimes what a person wants to achieve in their life is completely different from what their actual destiny is like. Professional boxer Joe Pendleton (Robert Montgomery) is enjoying his life as a boxer and intends to go on winning more matches. Pendleton’s life is turned upside down when life as he knows its ends when he is partaking in his hobby of flying an airplane. Pendleton was not yet ready to leave earth life as soon as he did and in the afterlife he finds out that his death was accidently done too soon. With the help of celestial guide Mr. Jordan (Claude Rains), Pendleton reluctantly takes the opportunity to live another life through an adult body of wealthy businessman Bruce Farnsworth whose soul transitioned to the afterlife after being murdered by his physically beautiful but hard- hearted wife Julia Farnsworth (Rita Johnson) and her lover who also happened to be one of her husband’s employees Tony Abbott (John Emery). Outside of Bruce Farnsworth and Mr. Jordan, no one suspects Julia of any wrongdoing due to her natural physical beauty and charm. Pendleton’s life is also dramatically changed when he agrees to help out Bette Logan (Evelyn Keyes) clear her father of wrongdoing. He also wants to try to get back in touch with his boxing coach Max Pop Corkle (James Gleason). However, Pendleton navigates the tricky issue of wanting certain things to happen in his new physical body as he learns the issue of navigating career goals with what is destined. I know that this movie is fiction, but it definitely made me wonder if this is a little of how life works when it comes to choosing career goals. I am more than aware that you have to be careful about aiming too high but at the same time high enough to be motivated to go after what you want. It is just that the film made me wonder if the movie’s message is of trying to balance what you want career wise with seeing if it is part of your destiny. I know of a technique that I could use to aim to figure out my career destiny, yet I prefer to keep it secret for right now for good reasons. However, I have actually read in a source somewhere that what is part of a person’s career destiny is actually different from what most people (even supporters, friends andor family) would expect/visualize a person’s destiny to be. Watching this film Here Comes Mr. Jordan definitely piques my curiosity to watch what is considered the movie sequel titled Down to Earth.

This kindlebook of How I Lost 50 Pounds in 6 Months: The Story of My May-November Diet by Dylan May caught my attention for practical reasons related to my weight loss goals especially with the abundance of free time that I sense that I am going to have this summer. Dylan May generously shares the trials and tribulations of the calorie count that he calculated in order to help him achieve his weight loss goals, planning his food intake (which I admit that I am in the process of working on simultaneously in stretching my food budget as my husband and I do not get food stamps even though I would dare to ever avoid judging anyone else who does use them), his use of my fitnesspal (which I read somewhere online that country superstar Carrie Underwood also uses). Of course, there is more encouraging and helpful content in regards to his journey in losing 50 pounds within 6 months (such as the mention of his music playlist).

5.0 out of 5 stars Fascinating Book For Madonna FansMay 19, 2017

This kindlebook of Madonna; Blonde Ambition by Mark Bego caught my attention as both a Madonna fan and aspiring writer. The author honestly admits how he views Madonna and how that influenced why he wrote about her. He recalls exciting times such as when he visited her on the movie set of Desperately Seeking Susan and was invited to one of her parties themed to her song Like A Virgin at somewhere called Private Eyes. The author draws the reader in with some interesting tidbits such as the time on New Year’s Day 1991 when Madonna hosted a party for some of her friends plus an invited fortune teller. Apparently, the fortune teller told Madonna that she would never bear children and Madonna showed her the door. I do not mean to sound abrasive and I myself have talked to psychics but even I understand that psychics are like other people prone to making mistakes and predicting futures that are not set in stone, may not even happen, andor can be changed. My point; initially it may sound a little harsh that Madonna showed the psychic the door but even I believe it is dangerous to take what even a gifted/accurate/popular psychic says all the time literally without checking it with your own intuition andor backup plans, especially if they say something that you intuitively feel does not support what you want in your future (even some of the most intelligent/talented of psychics can unintentionally say things that are autosuggestion under the guise of psychic predictions at best unless a person is wise andor intuitive enough themselves to know better). Madonna went on to have two kids biologically and adopt four kids. As a result, this to me proves that sometimes you have to be what others consider cruel in order to do what you feel is best for everyone involved (yes the cruel to be kind cliché yet I believe that this cliché exists for a reason). The book also includes information that even Forbes magazine has rated Madonna as one of the wealthiest and highest paid women in show business before. The author shares some of the extreme challenges that Madonna had endure in Manhattan New York during the late 70s/early 80s before achieving success in her career and much more.

Each of the contestants poured much of their creative energy in trying to make appetizing dishes for the judges and obviously each of the contestants had different plans on how they would utilize their winning money. As I was playing the first episode from Food Network Grocery Games to watch, my husband noted that this show seemed related to another tv show from the 1990s Supermarket Sweep.
