I have had positive experiences on both of recent trips to Wendys' I usually get a delicious meal of a mayo free baconator, cheese fries, and vanilla rootbeer.  My husband liked his Dave's double cheeseburger meal with regular fries and a Dr. Pepper.  What I also like about this location is that the burgers were cooked at a  medium cooked texture (not underdone but not too overdone either).

On my most recent trip to this Hyattsville, Maryland 711(7-Eleven), I decided to get a tasty oreo hot cocoa (mixed with a little French Vanilla flavoring) and a one dollar scratch off ticket. Obviously, as with other 711 places, a person can get their oreo hot cocoa in various sizes, and this location lets you pour your own hot cocoa.

This Safeway Grocery Store is right outside the Wheaton metro (near the Wheaton Westfield mall in Wheaton Maryland). On my recent trip I purchased multiple items that included chopped olives, corn dogs, pickles, and other items I prefer to avoid listing for now. However, the employees I interacted with were friendly and I was able to get my food items scanned in a reasonable time period.

My recent visit to the Giant grocery store (near the Wheaton mall and the Wheaton metro in Wheaton, Maryland) was a quick trip where I easily found all of the items I needed at a reasonable/inexpensive cost. I admit some of the items I bought did include indulgences such as Entenmann's devil food cake donuts and Lay;s Olive Oil Herb potato chips.

This Shopper's Grocery Store in College Park, Maryland is now one of the top five grocery stores that I go to during the month when I need groceries. One reason has to do with the consistent quality customer service I get. My most recent trip was Thursday night and one of the employees offered to help me bag my groceries as I was was scanning my items for checkout without me even having to ask (due to the volume of the groceries I had I definitely needed the help). Some of the following groceries I purchased on my recent shopping trip; some green granny smith apples, some bananas, two 5 ounce cans of Genova Albacore Tuna in pure olive oil, a 15 ounce can of Wolf Brand Chili No Beans, a 14.5 ounce can of Pace Chili no beans, 3.62 ounces McCormick Cinnamon Sugar, Celestial Seasonings Honey Vanilla Chamomile 20 tea bags, Celestial Seasonings Honey Lemon Ginseng Green 20 tea bags, Yoplait yogurts, 2 cans 4.5 ounce chicken of the sea tuna in olive oil, Swiss Miss Cocoa, Mccormick Sea Salt Lemon Zest Blend, and more items I would rather not list today. However, I'm satisfied with the items I purchased on my last trip and the customer service.

My husband and I enjoy going to the Bagel Place in College Park, Maryland because the customer service and the food are both consistently good each time we go in. During our most recent visit, my husband liked his bagel with pastrami sandwich while I found my barbecue chicken sandwich I had to be tasty. What also helps is that the food is affordable and on our last two trips, my husband and I happened to have the same cashier that was courteous and kind.

Less than a month ago(a few days prior to Valentine's Day), I went to the fifth avenue beauty supply store to purchase a couple of relaxers for my hair. This was because I needed 2 boxes of a quality relaxer with super strength for my type 3 hair. Fortunately, I'm blessed with healthy hair that grows pretty fast and I can get away with postponing getting a relaxer once every 6-18 months. However, I have to get super strength due to the thickness of my hair.  Anyhow, fortunately the employees inside the store were courteous about pointing me to the relaxer section (which was pretty vast, I actually had a job of deciding which relaxer to choose for my hair because of the selection). I ended up getting 2 boxes of Africa's Best Organics Organic Conditioning Relaxer System, for Coarse Resistant Hair, No-Lye, Super strength for 12 dolars and 71 cents. Fortunately, the cashier I had checked out my order very fast, so my wait in the store to purchase my relaxers was very brief.

Less than three weeks ago, I decided to eat a meal from the West Wing Café that consisted of an almond croissant, a gouda gobbler sandwich with mustard, and a naked brand smoothie. The employees at this sandwich place processed my order and made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. One of the employees even came up to me while I was eating to make sure that I had some mustard packets to go with my sandwich.

I volunteered at the DC Central Kitchen less than a few weeks ago and I felt welcome among the other volunteers and employees at DC Central Kitchen.  I was tasked with chopping some tomatoes and I was gladdened to notice that the workers I were around ensured that everyone had  something to contribute to in order to feel a sense of being part of the mission. Additionally, the employees and volunteers I worked around during the afternoon shift were friendly and had a sunny disposition. I was even invited to come back to volunteer in the future, which of course I would be happy to do so.

I admit that I have made use of the Employment services office near the Minnesota Avenue metro for my job searching goals. Fortunately, for the workshops I attended through Employment services, both the employees connected to the workshops and the employees I had to ask on where to go were polite when I had questions and/or concerns pertaining to the locations of what I was looking for.  I also learned about an abundance of more private sector and government job opportunities within the Washington D.C. area that would have taken me much longer to figure out on my own. Last, but not least, the American Job Center Northeast ( inside one of the buildings of the District of Columbia Community College near the Fort Totten metro) offers employment assistance and services. Additionally, I have fortunately been assigned a military veteran rep to assist me with my professional goals, which helps me feel more encouraged in my job search endeavors.

Friday evening was my first time to the Beauty Center in College Park, Maryland and I was curious to check out what this beauty store had to offer because I'm blessed with naturally thick type 3 curly hair but it requires certain hair products to help me make the best of my hair.  Fortunately, I was greeted politely when I had a question about one of the hair products that I was looking for.  The two hair products that I purchased for my hair type were a 24 ounce Eco styling gel with Argan oil and African Dream Kids Olive Oil Miracle 15 ounces). The total for the two products after taxes came out to $7.98.  The cashier scanned my order efficiently was friendly at the same time. Due to what I recently read online through a mainstream news media article and a google blog connected article about paid reviews, I must make it clear that I paid for these items out of my own pocket, and I intend to disclose if whatever company and/or service I'm yelping about is free and/or paid for.

Approximately, over 8 hours ago my husband and I chose to grab dinner to eat from Taylor Gourmet after watching The Brothers Grimsby movie (my husband understandably wanted to catch an earlier movie and then eat dinner afterwards). We both found our meals appetizing and the cashier taking our order was courteous. My husband had the No 2 cheesesteak which came with sweet provolone cheese, cherry pepper mayonnaise, smokey bacon, lettuce, roma tomatoe, onion with a vanilla crème and a black cherry drink. Meanwhile I had the truffle cheesesteak that had beef ribeye, zippy Dijon, grilled oninons & mushrooms, creamy brie, arugula, aged parmesan, white truffle oil and a soda hybrid of vanilla crème, black cherry, and rootbeer for the first drink. My husband and I shared the seasonal risotto balls that we ordered which came with wild mushroom, and mozerella with truffle dipping sauce).

Alright, I admit that my awesome husband and I took a chance on eating at this College Park, Maryland location of Bobby's Burger Palace for the first time less than 10 hours ago.  My husband enjoyed his beef burger of the month which was a Greektown burger that comes with feta cheese, Greek yogurt dressing, and tomato cucumber relish. I forgot how he asked for it cooked but I prefer to avoid waking him from his peaceful sleep. I had a flavorsome and well-done Beef Brunch burger that comes with fried egg, smoked bacon, and American cheese (my drinks were a cherry coke drink and a water bottle to go while my husband also had cherry coke). Also flavorsome were the bacon-cheese fries with scallions and the buttermilk onion rings that my husband and I shared with each other. Last, but not least, both of the employees that we interacted with during our first visit made my husband and I feel appreciated and welcome as customers.

My husband's positive memories from our last trip to the Board and Brew indirectly influenced why we came back to the Board and Brew in College Park, Maryland for a second time. The Board and Brew has a decent section for a variety of games and the two games that my husband chose for us to play during our last visit was the Lost Cities Game (one of the cards to this game had an image of  what looked like people making a deal and another player's card where it looks like it symbolized the achievement of making it to the city of gold) and Munchkin Zombies  (which one of the cards had a Voodoo Zombie card and a Nun card).  Each game is $2.50 per person per game. Both the employees who interacted with my husband as he was choosing the first game and our server were polite and served our orders quickly.  My husband liked his cinnamon flavored drink. I have the receipt in front of me which says a cin/car shake that was $5.29 but I do not want to wake up my husband from a peaceful sleep just to get the exact name of the drink. My husband's sweet nature predisposed him to offer some of the sweet bites (cinnamon and sugar ingredient combination) with a delish frosting. However, I was only able to take what was either one or two pieces (not because of the taste but because I had been full from the drinks and treats that I had). Naturally, my husband had some left to take home as a leftover.  I only drink heavily alcoholic drinks very occasionally  and/or in moderation(for spiritual and personal reasons) but I decided to have just one Henry's Hard Orange Soda as an ice cream float (good thing because it had %4.2 alcohol but was only 12 ounces) with a savory almond croissant.

After my recent Aldi's trip in Langley Park, Maryland I'm pleasantly surprised by how affordable/inexpensive my groceries were. The carts I purchased with a quarter that a customer can get back once they are done with the cart. Aldi's has bags for purchase if a person did not bring any bags (although I brought some bags from my apartment). There is also a platform near the checkout area for people who want to have ample space for packing and placing their groceries in the bags once their orders are scanned. Fortunately, the cashier scanning my groceries was both hospitable and swift with scanning my groceries and placing them in the shopping cart. The fruits and veggies are already weighed and labeled on the packages (which makes it easier for monitoring and watching how much a certain amount of fruits and veggies are going to cost). For instance, I noticed that there were bananas on sale for 44 cents a pound, and they were already packaged and weighed at 2.26 pounds (which made it easier for me to analyze immediately what I was getting into approximately/price wise). Additionally, I'm fine with dealing with public scrutiny and judgement to go ahead and list the 18 grocery products (from 15 brands)that I purchased on my Aldi's shopping trip that culminated in a total of $34.96 after taxes for at least a 7 day or more supply of groceries for my husband and I; 2 qty. Friendly Farms sour cream 16 ounce containers, Baker's Corner 16 ounce milk chocolate frosting (to go with one of the sour creams for a chocolate fondue recipe with sliced apples via the Taste of Home website), 1 package Benita brand small fajita flour tortillas, Kirkwood chicken breasts skinless boneless 48 ounces/3 pounds, Stonemill brand Garlic Essentials Minced 8 ounces glass jar, Hershey's Milk Chocolate 6 qty/9.3 ounces total for a microwaved banana and melted chocolate recipe, 1 package Happy Farms Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Natural Cheese 8 ounces, 3 pounds Green Valley Yellow Onions, 10 ounces can Casa Mamita Tomatoes & Green Chiles, 2 qty. cans of Casa Mamita Traditional Refried Beans 16 ounces each can, 2 qty cans Brookdale Original No Beans Chil 15 ounces each can (the chili and refried beans are combined to make filling for affordable/tasty burritos), 1 qty Dole Whole White Mushrooms 8 ounces, Field & Farm Roma Tomatoes 6 qty/1 pound total/454 grams,U.S. Extra Fancy Honey Crisp Apples 2 pounds/32 ounces net weight, and Chiquita brand bananas 2.26 pounds.

This Walgreens near the Galleryplace/Chinatown Washington D.C. metro stop has three levels of various items (cosmetics, drinks, snacks, some food to eat on the go, magazines, pharmacy items, some magazines, some alcohol drinks etc). I stopped there on Tuesday night for some things to eat on my way back to my apartment after attending the workshop. I was greeted by a polite employee as I was browsing the cosmetics and beauty section (for future visits/purchases)on the Walgreen's upper level. Additionally, the food and drink that I bought tasted delectable and I was checked out by the congenial cashier in an efficient manner. I'm willing to list the items that I bought during my last visit to Walgreens for public scrutiny/judgement in order to inform other people still deciding; Lay's Kettle Cooked Olive Oil & Herb potato chips (8 ounces bag), a 5.5 ounce container of Delish brand Tiramisu, a 1.5 ounce (43 grams) of Volpi brand Mozarella and Spicy Salame Rolitini snack, and one glass jar of Argo Tea brand (13.5 ounce, 400 ml) of Green tea & ginger twist flavored tea with a green top), for a total of $10.06 after taxes.

My husband and I have been going to this Hyattsville, Maryland H&R Block since 2014 because of the courteous service, the reasonable timeframe that we receive our tax refund back, and the concern that the employees show when processing our tax returns. This year we were actually earlier than expected to our appointments, but fortunately the specialist dealing with our taxes was both friendly and processed our 2015 tax returns in a timely manner.  I also liked that the specialist working on our tax returns for H&R block were able to more efficiently process our tax returns from accessing our information  saved from 2014 and 2015 (we have also used this same location for both 2014 and 2015 as well as 2016).

I have been to various dollar type of stores since I was a teenager because my late adoptive mother use to sometimes take some of my siblings and I to get some essentials from the Dollar store in town (I admit I just forgot if it was Dollar General or something else, but they are pretty similar).  As with other people online via this forum I have also been to various type of dollar stores (I remember a dollar store in Orlando, Florida (it was either around 2009 or 2010)that had a produce section for fruits in addition to some groceries). This Dollar Tree in Hyattsville, Maryland has some non-perishable food, some frozen food, cleaning supplies, beauty supplies, candy, and other type of knick knack items that a person could use for essentials.  On my recent trip I purchased some Black Forest Juicy Oozers Wild Gummy Bears, a package of Hershey's Chocolate pudding, a package of pepperoni, good &plenty candy (my husband's pick), some 14 ounce of Spahaus teatree mint hair conditioner. Overall, the order was only five dollars and 18 cents, with the cashier being both cordial and quick with my order (the machine I was using allowed 10 dollars cash back).

I  admit that I found out about Many and Olga's  Pizza from a previous place of employment after one of the strict yet also fair managers ordered the whole shift pizza (I must avoid saying more out of respect because they voluntarily left). Manny and Olga's Pizza was not yet available for delivery in my area and my first delivery order with them was not until January 2016 when I found out via e-mail that they now deliver near where my husband and I live. I ordered a large Manny's Meat Special for my husband and I on January 26, but delivery time was a lengthy wait and influenced by that week being a snow week. Fast forward to less than 30 hours ago and both my husband and I were craving pizza and he recommended that I give Manny and Olga's another try.  I once again ordered the Manny's Meat Special which comes with sausage, pepperoni, ground beef, bacon, gyro meat, and ham.  Fortunately, the delivery driver delivered the pizza in a timely manner and was super nice. Both my husband and I liked the pizza, I would say that the taste was delish.

Walking inside this Harris Teeter store (near the No-Ma- Gallaudet U metro Washington DC stop) took me by surprise because of its vast size and the diverse selection of food and drinks.  One of the items I was looking for was selling out pretty quickly and so I had to ask one of the employees if they had more of the item (it was for the Harris Teeter Fresh Food Farm Market Wheat Flat Breads that came in a package of 5 rounds and 14 ounces). Fortunately, one of the bakery workers enthusiastically helped me to get the second package of wheat flat breads for purchase. Additionally, another employee politely helped me with registering for their discount shopping card program (vic savings) and another employee kindly helped me with a scanning issue I encountered when trying to scan some green granny smith apples through the self check-out register available and an embarrassing moment of my own making when I was trying to pay at the self-checkout with a large bill (due to the significant volume of customers who were waiting behind me to also get their items scanned). In addition to the favorable customer service, I bought among the following other items during my shopping trip; 1 qty Alouette Garlic & Herbs Spreadable Soft Cheese 6.5 ounces, 2 qty cool whip original flavor 8 ounces, 1 qty parmissimo brand formaggini spreadable cheese wedges parmesan cheese based 4.9 ounces, 1 qty Boursin cheese dip garlic & herbs 5.6 ounces, 1 qty Orange Tangerine Brand Juicy Juice 64 ounces, 2 qty Oscar Meyer Brand Bun-length beef hot dogs 8 in each package, 1 qty Harris Teeter Sliced mushrooms 8 ounces, 1 package  Next organics brand dark chocolate bananas, and 2 cans of Genova brand albacore tuna in olive oil 5 ounces per can.  Fortunately, my husband was also fine with what I bought and relieved at the amount that I paid for what I bought; the overall total after using the Harris Teeter card for the Vic savings was $59.22. There is also a fact listed on the receipt that over $24,127,728 has been donated to community schools through Harris Teeter's Together In Education Program.

My husband's order consisted of the coke soda drink with the lunch size chicken picatta-comes with capers in a lemon wine sauce over spaghetti. My order was a hybrid cherry coke and rootbeer soda drink with the lunch size eggplant parmiagiana-battered and fried sliced eggplant topped with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella cheese with spaghetti topped with tomato sauce.  I actually had leftover spaghetti that I could not finish even with the order being lunch size because I'm grateful to say that both the eggplant and the spaghetti were served in generous portions.

My husband and I have been familiar with the Regal Cinemas Hyattsville Royale 14 location since at least 2010 due to multiple movies we have purchased for watching at this location (the year we first started living in the Washington D.C. area via Hyattsville, Maryland).  Sometimes there are certain movies that he prefers to pass up on but he kindly approves for me to purchase (the most recent movie we watched together was Zootopia but I check with him for watching Miracles From Heaven for financial budgetary reasons). Anyhow, I borrowed his regal card to purchase and watched Miracles From Heaven on my most recent trip. This Hyattsville Regal location gives a customer the option of either getting the tickets from the traditional ticket window or the ticket kiosks. I admit that I chose the express ticket kiosk due to me arriving there at the last minute and purchased the ticket using my Bank of America debit card and my husband's regal card (his card has now currently accumulated 15,023 points).  Anyhow, the person taking my ticket before me entering the movie was friendly and the Miracles From Heaven film came on in a reasonable timeframe (fortunately, there have only been a few times where there was a delay in the movie being shown at this location).  Last, but not least, I like this location because most of the time my husband and I have received our drinks and/or food pretty quickly whenever we chose to purchase snacks/drinks.

I recently went to this Gateway Market convenience store in College Park, Maryland because I wanted to get two drinks on my way back to walking to my apartment (I  had a decent length walk ahead of me and wanted to stay hydrated).  The current picture does look like how the store is inside and there is even some ice cream sold inside the store (I saw a woman get some icecream for some young children who I guess may have been her children and/or close relatives). As for me, I purchased a Nantucket Nectars Brand 16 ounce orange juice and an aquafina water bottle.  Fortunately, I was in and out of the store pretty quickly.

As many know, Amazon is my go to place for ordering various items online and that is going to stay consistent for the present and future (even with the current Amazon and Target controversy that I  recently saw an article about in the news). However, I had to remark about the positives of this Target store near the Prince George's plaza metro and right next to the Prince George's Plaza mall and because I have shopped at this Target since May 2010 (when I first moved to the Washington D.C. area and before this Target store further expanded their grocery food options) and both the selection of items available at Target and the customer service I have received from the Target employees I have either asked for help or had my items scanned from to purchase/buy have been consistently satisfactory. As with many other shoppers,I have purchased clothes, beauty products, and food/grocery items from this Target. My most recent two shopping trips from Target (both within the past 48 hours) have culminated in the following items and totals;3 pound bananas, can pineapple, 3 bags of godiva chocolates-(strawberry cheesecake, assorted dessert truffles, and clearance sale of caramel nut brownie truffles), archer farms peppermint flavor hot cocoa mix, archer farms vanilla crème brulee latte mix, biscoff cookie spread, andes chocolate mints, and 2 packages Oscar mayer beef bun length hot dogs culminating in a total of 83 cents in tax (6% Maryland tax) and a total of $37.40 (the receipt listed 06-23-2016 for the expiration date which I'm guessing  has to pertain to the return policy).  My second most recent target trip I bought the following items; 1 package Oscar meyer bun length beef hot dogs expiring may 1, 2016, 1 package bun length beef Nathans hot dogs good until May 23, 2016, mama chia drink, 3 different refrigerated coffeemate flavors of girl scout thin mint, girl scout caramel & coconut, peppermint mocha and a special for 3 frozen Red Baron pizzas all culminating in 11 cents 6% tax for an overall total of $27.83 (the receipt listed I have until 06-24-2016 to return the items).

I admit that one of the things that made me take a chance on going inside this Whole Foods Market (near the Foggy Bottom Metro in Washington D.C.) was the fact that I noticed that there were many people congregating in a cafeteria like setting inside this Whole Foods Market which made me curious to check it out. So I go inside the Whole Foods Market and notice that there are two levels of various groceries and drinks inside the market accessible via either the elevator or escalator. There is a fresh bar area and a decent sized area of ready to eat heated food for people who want to grab a quick lunch/quick dinner/meal as well as a vast deli, produce, and seafood/meat section.  The two employees that I interacted with on different areas prior to me picking my items and getting in the checkout area were both civil and professional with me. I confess that I purchased the following items from my most recent visit to this Whole Foods Market  less than 7 days ago; 2 different cookies from the bakery for my husband, Whole Foods Gorgonzola Crumbles (6 ounces), Natural Nectar Brand/dream spread brand creamy cookie butter (Speculoos spread), a coconut Danish croissant, and a strawberry Danish croissant.  The cashier scanning my order spoke to me politely and made me feel welcomed as a customer while scanning my order in a reasonable time frame. The total came out to $18.23 after taxes and I paid for this order out of my own pocket.

Recently, less than four days ago,I decided to grab a bite to eat from the Hard Times Café in College Park Maryland to prevent myself from buying groceries at the nearby Shoppers Grocery store on an empty/hungry stomach. The waitress assigned to me informatively explained of a tasty chili sampler that is available to all first time paying customers which I did try.  I forgot the exact names of the chili but I believe from looking at the online menu and remembering what the chili flavors tasted like that the sampler included Texas chili, Cincinnati chili,Terlingua Red, and Vegeterian Chili.  For my drink and meal I chose a Sprite drink with the mini Elvis Cheeseburger sliders and fries which tasted palatable.  There was a vinegar with red pepper flake flake combination that I tried with my fries (though I'm trying to remember if I also put some on the sliders.). Anyhow, what I do remember for sure is that I received at least 3 sliders and a generous amount of fries. I ended up taking one slider and my remaining fries home as leftovers for my husband to snack (which fortunately my husband was glad that I did). The waitress was cordial to me and the overall total for my order came out to $12.60 before tip (which was reasonable for what I got). Once again, I'm grateful to say that I paid for this meal from the Hard Times Café out of my own pocket.

My most recent visit to We The Pizza was on Wednesday April 6, 2016. I chose the Coletti's Notorious Barbecue slice which comes with bbq sauce slow roasted pulled pork, cheddar, and crispy onions and the white pie slice which comes with ricotta, fontina, parmesan, mozzarella, roasted garlic, sea salt, olive oil, fresh Italian parsley. The pies tasted toothsome and the drink that I received which was prepared was also mouthwatering. Last, but not least, the person taking my order and helping me to get my food and drink in a timely manner was both professional and spoke to me as a friend.

My most recent visit to the National Geographic Museum (near the Farragut North Metro) was on Thursday April 7, 2016. I admit that I was taken aback by the 15 dollar general fee which reminded me to avoid taking for granted the free museums in the area.  The crocodile exhibit did have some detailed facts on the crocodiles and the pictures of the crocodiles and other animals covered were pretty colorful. The only reason why I give it 3 stars is because the crocodile exhibit layout is pretty short for the 15 dollars charged for the exhibit.  Some of the things that I did see in the brief but detailed layout: photo of a Blue Wax Bill Bird, an actual live Siamese Crocodile, an artistic rendition of a Gomek crocodile that was captured in 1968 that involved 20 men to pull it on a boat, a display explaining the differences between alligators and crocodiles, display of an alligator nest, etc.

My most recent visit to the DC Slices food truck was near the Farragut North Metro station on Thursday April 7, 2016 around 1149 am.  I purchased a 5 dollar meat lover slice which had an enhanced taste of what I think was basil.  The person handling my order was cordial and sent me a receipt of my order via text. What I liked about my meat lovers pizza slice was that it was the right temperature and the taste of the cheese and the meat complemented the dough that the pizza was created in (in addition to the generous size of the pizza slice for just five dollars).

My most recent visit to Pret A Manger involved me purchasing a  large 24 oz bottle water, an almond croissant, a seasonal citrus serving of oranges and blood oranges, and an egg and mushroom brioche.  The pros; my order was served quickly, the egg and mushroom brioche was edible, and the workers I interacted with were professional. The cons; the almond croissant tasted like it sat out too long (and I'm usually a person who enjoys almond croissants) and the orange and blood orange combination for some reason just tasted ok.  If I do come back I might try a less busier time and/or try something different on the menu (this is because I confess that I did visit this Pret A Manger location near the Farragut North Metro at an extremely busy time and it looked like some of the other people around me were understandably trying to quickly grab a bite to eat during their lunch break at work ).

My most recent visit to the Amsterdam Falafelshop (within the Lenfant Plaza) was Thursday April 7, 2016. I was trying to decide what to get and fortunately one of the friendly employees politely persuaded me to try the Falafel bowl which turned out to be palatable with the bread, the tzatziki sauce, cucumber and tomato mixture which gave me a boost of energy. The only caveat is the price of the meal for the food you get, which is ok just not cheap-I paid $11.50 even though I was very careful with how much food I put in my bowl (it is more of a place to go if you are looking for healthy and reasonably tasting food).

I admit that my most recent visit to the Ben's Chili Bowl restaurant (near the U Street metro station) was the evening of Monday April 4, 2016. There was a large group in front of me eager to also eat here and once it was my turn my order of a chili half smoke and yummy coconut cake was given to me for to-go in a rapid timeframe.  I also like that the cashier and server I interacted with spoke to me as a friend (which I understand is not always doable at every restaurant).

I confess that I spontaneously decided to grab some popcorn from Stellas Popkern food truck on my way to one of the museums near the Farragut North metro.  My receipt was sent to me via text and I ordered the small size salty caramel (for $4.95)which came out extremely delicious and had the right amount of caramel and salt taste. Additionally, the person handling my order was cheerful to me.

My recent trip to this Hyattsville Maryland Popeyes (Inside the Prince George's Plaza mall) was on Friday April 8, 2016 and my husband paid for this dinner for me. I selected the Cajun fish combo with a soda drink and a cinnamon apple pie.  The cashier graciously helped get my order to me quickly and generously gave me a decent serving of Cajun fish and fries, along with some honey packets (yes I like to have honey with the Popeye's French fries). Both the Cajun fish and fries were flavorful and the cinnamon apple pie was scrumptious tasting.

I tried this Eggspectation restaurant near the Silver Spring Maryland metro less than four days ago due to the location being part of an event that I was happy to be a part of. The pros; The waiter was respectful and gave me my order pretty quickly. The cons; I ordered the huevos ranchero meal with a dr. pepper drink, the drink tasted fine and so did the eggs that were cooked perfectly to over medium standards. The cons; I'm concerned about sounding like a snob because I consider myself a down to earth person (and because multiple people have rated this place highly for I'm sure understandable reasons) but the beans tasted in my huevos rancheros dish tasted no better than what I can get in a can at the grocery stores in my neighborhood. Additionally, the tortilla chips that came with the order also tasted just ok, to the restaurant's credit they were lightly salted but I also can get better tasting tortilla chips at the grocery stores near me and the total that I paid just for the main course and drink after taxes($17.90) did not compare to the good taste I can get for cheaper at other breakfast places.  The main positives of my trip which did contribute to at least the two stars; the decent customer service I got from the waiter, the good seating, and the eggs were at least cooked good.

One of my employment counselors told me about A Wider Circle (in Silver Spring Maryland) for obtaining outfits suitable for job interviews and helped refer me to a specialist. Hopefully, the ladies who helped me are fine with me sharing that I did enjoy the quality care and concern shown to me in selecting outfits for me and being truthful with me on which clothes looked presentable for my bodyshape.  The range of clothes and accessories would have easily cost me at least over 200-300 dollars due to my bodysize, because of the high quality clothes selected for me just as three suit jackets that have pink, black, and the third one having gray with stripes in addition to two formal black pants, in addition to more nice clothes given to me (it is just that I'm unsure what I'm allowed to reveal).  The women helping me to select the clothes were very approachable and compassionate. An appointment was necessary due to the extremely high demand for their services. I'm also grateful because currently my clothes budget mainly allows me just to shop at Burlington Clothing Factory or the nearby Value Village thrift store for my clothing budget. However, the caveat is that my clothing size in the formal clothes frequently sells out even at those stores, which leaves only a certain amount of clothes for my budget and bodysize.  Fortunately, the job interview clothing help at A Wider Circle is a godsend because the women are completely honest yet also tactful when sharing how an outfit looks on the person being helped but also generously giving enough job interview clothes that helps a person out in case they are going to job fairs and/or job interviews more than one day out of the week.
