Rusty’s Cheap And Yummy Kaleidoscope Pasta
My husband made a delicious pasta for our dinner
using egg noodles that was both cheap and delicious. I did take at least one
photo of the completed dish on my cell phone. I admit that I was guilty of
posting the image multiple times on googleplus, but I now accept that the
multiple images of the dish that Rusty made may not pop up in my googleplus
until tomorrow or Thursday. Until then, the following listing is some of the
ingredients that Rusty used to make the delicious dish. He is ok with me
posting it and he even took at least one photo of the completed dinner on his
cell phone as well. However, I prefer to let him sleep interruption-free as he is sleeping and has to get up early for
work tomorrow. However, here are some of the ingredients that I remember Rusty
putting in to make the delicious pasta
At least 2/3 of a 12 ounce bag of egg yolk noodle
pasta
About 4-5 pieces of cooked bacon
Butter or margarine to taste
Cut up green onions to taste
Fresh mozzarella to taste or shredded mozzarella to
substitute
Some pieces of precooked chicken or cooked regular
skinless and boneless chicken is ok
At least one small or medium tomato to taste
Boil and cook the water for the noodles. Once the
noodles are cooked set aside somewhere in the kitchen in a separate bowl and
obviously make sure to drain the water out of the pan but set the pan aside for
cooking the ingredients in the following instructions.
Make sure the onions, precooked chicken, tomato and mozzarella
are cut up on a cutting board
If the four pieces of bacon are not yet cooked set
aside the onions, precooked chicken, and butter in the to allow it to sit there
for a little on the cutting board. Then use the pan that cooked the spaghetti
and allow to cook on low heat while you cut up the 4-5 pieces of bacon to add
to the pan. Cook the cut-up bacon pieces to desired texture andor crispiness
and make sure to drain the excess oil out of the spaghetti pan before setting
the bacon on a separate bowl or plate to set aside.
Next step is to go ahead with combining the chicken,
butter, onions, and bacon to cook inside the spaghetti pain for at least
approximately 4-5 minutes on medium heat depending on your desired taste.
Once the chicken, butter, onions, and bacon are
cooked to desired texture then add the cooked egg noodles. However, maintain
the shape of the egg noodles by either using plastic tongs to stir inside the
mixture or take a top that goes with the pan and shake all of the ingredients
of the egg noodles, butter, onions, and bacon inside until they are mixed to
desired satisfaction.
Finally, go ahead with putting in the chopped fresh mozzarella
in the egg noodle, chicken, butter, bacon, and green onion mixture. Last, but
not least, go ahead and finish with desired tomatoes, combine everything
together and put in either a plate or bowl to serve.
Makes close to four noodle servings and allow up to
approximately twenty minutes in case the bacon has to be cooked and the tomato,
onions, and mozzarella have to be chopped.
