5.0 out of 5 stars Another Chillwave Pandora TuneSeptember 30, 2015
This review is from: Fifteen (feat. Chela) (MP3 Music)
Fifteen by Goldroom feat. Chela is a relaxing indie, electronic, and chillout tune that appears to be a musical story about reminiscing about someone that you knew from your past. I’m guessing it is an all purpose type of chillout song that doesn’t have to pertain to someone from your romantic past but even just someone that you knew as just a platonic friend.

4.0 out of 5 stars Courtesy of My Mother In LawSeptember 30, 2015
This packet of Mountain House Lasagna with Meat Sauce came out tasting better than I expected with tomato sauce that helped strongly enhance the moistness of the lasagna noodles. The only caveat is that one may want to have some Italian or basil seasoning on hand to enhance the Mountain House lasagna to give it that added zing.

This 6 pack of Mussellman’s honey cinnamon applesauce is a perfect way to satisfy your applesauce craving with the right amount of honey and cinnamon balance. The delectable taste made the purchase of honey cinnamon applesauce worth it because only recently had I tried this flavor of applesauce.

5.0 out of 5 stars Suprisingly Good For Mealtime SandwichesSeptember 27, 2015
I admit that I originally was going to have these Thomas Pumpkin Spice (Limited Edition 6 count) bagels with honey butter. However, I came spontaneously came up with another idea for the bagels. These 6 count of Thomas Bagels (Limited Edition Pumpkin Spice) fortunately were fine for some dinner time sandwiches that I made for my husband and I. I admit that (with these Thomas Pumpkin Spice bagels) I made my husband and I London Broil Roast Beef sandwiches (seasoned with lemon and garlic) with mozzarella cheese for dinner (the only difference was that my husband had French’s yellow mustard while I had French’s honey Dijon mustard).

5.0 out of 5 stars Smooth and Creamy Banana FlavorSeptember 27, 2015
This 4.6 ounce box of banana cream pudding from the JELL-O brand came out pretty tasty. I enjoyed that the pudding had a good balance of banana flavor, cream flavor, and with the right amount of sugar. I would probably also use this pudding if I ever did a recipe that used bananas and vanilla wafers.

These Town House Italian Herb FlatBread Crisps Crackers (9.5 ounce box)do have an appetizing blend of basil and oregano spices. I agree that they also go great with Laughing Cow Cheese wedges and make even the best tasting sardines a more savory meal.

5.0 out of 5 stars My Oreo Fanatic Husband Likes These TooSeptember 26, 2015
This 10.7 ounce bag of Brownie Batter Oreos do have that brownie batter and hershey’s like tasting frosting in the cookies. From my perspective, these Brownie Batter Oreo cookies taste even better than the Oreo mint cookies (has similar to a girl scout cookie thin mint texture and I actually thought those were good). Anyhow, these Brownie Batter Oreos are perfect for those who like Brownie taste in their oreos. Fortunately, what made this purchase even more worthwhile was the fact that my husband also likes the taste of these Brownie Batter Oreo cookies

5.0 out of 5 stars A Great Brownie and Chocolate Chip Cookie HybridSeptember 26, 2015
This 12, 25 ounce of Sara Lee Brownie Chocolate Chip cakes do combine the taste of a soft chocolate chip cookie with a moist fudge brownie. The packages are arranged in a way to where the brownie chocolate chip cake is the right size for having a treat and with a good balance of sweetness.

This Season Brand of Skinless & Boneless Imported Sardines in pure Olive Oil are surprisingly pleasant tasting with sardines that complement the amount of olive oil in the can. They are delectable enough to eat on their own. However, I also had these with a little bit of lemon juice and some mushrooms that my husband lovingly cooked for me.

5.0 out of 5 stars Transfiguration AvenueSeptember 24, 2015

This review is from: The Path: Afterlife (Amazon Video)
I preface this review by making it clear that I appreciate my life and prefer to live to be at least 85 years old during my current lifetime (I use the term prefer because I’m aware that the time we die may be one of the few areas over which is already predestined and yes I’m aware that there are certain areas of my life that I do have control over it is just that I’m not so sure if when I die is one of which I can completely control by my own human will). My interest in afterlife media and books trace more to personal spiritual reasons and for what to keep in mind for my bookwriting and scriptwriting aspirations on the side(which countless fulltime and part-time authors have inspired me yet I admittedly would do so under a pennane completely different from my real name). Anyhow The Path; Afterlife contains interviews from various people who have been touched by the whole idea of the afterlife in some way. Path; The Afterlife is listed to be a Path 11 production in association with Hannah’s Healing producted by April Hennal and Directed by Michael Habernig. The following is a summary of the various people featured (please know that if I skipped over anybody and/or their experiences it was harm-free intent and unintentional I’m only writing what my spirit is guiding me to );
F. Holmes Skip Atwater, President of the Monroe Institute. Willam Buhlman-Leading Expert on Out of Body Experiences and Author of Adventures Beyond the Body. He also wrote Adventures In The Afterlife. Buhlman recounts an experience where his wife met her late father and his late mother. The wife’s afterlife viewing experience gave her a glimpse of her late father and his (Buhlman’s) late mother having a joyous party of some sorts. Carol Von Kaenel Reiki Master and Lindsey Sass Spiritual Counselor Director of The Healing Center are also featured.
Jeanette Duffau RN Intuitive Healer Counselor Teacher-She admitted that she became more interested in the spirit world after her mom died. During Duffau’s practice as a registered nurse she oversaw the death of a dedicated music composer. She was sharing how she got a glimpse into his spirit in the afterlife where he (the music composer)spiritually became one with the music that he composed during his most recent lifetime. There is also Brenda Jenks Space Clearing Expert and Feng Shui Consultant, Beth Netter M.D. Holistic Physician, Patty Ray Avalon Residential Facilitator of the Monroe Insititute and Paul Rademacher Executive Director of the Monroe Institute.
There is also a fact shared; According To A Gallup Poll, approximately eight million Americans claim to have had a near death experience (source listed is Bright Lights Big Mystery by James Mauro of Psychology Today). Over the Last 30 years, the U.S. has averaged 62 lightening fatalities per year (source; Storm Data A National Weather Service Publication). Lindsey Sass reports that one of the things that happened to her after she got struck by lightening was her ability to see beyond the realms of the physical world into the spirit worlds, it was as if he veil more easily lifted for he after that.
There was also mention of Raymond Moody and how he coined the near death experience term back in 1975 and an interview featuring Thomas Campbell Nuclear Physicist and author of My Big Toe. There are also healing reminders said during the documentary such as how were are much more than we appear to be externally and there was also polite emphasis on reflecting on the statement- I am more than my physical body. Robert Weissberg M.D.Integrative Medicine Physician is also featured and a fact from 2005 is featured;
In 2005 there were 2,448,017 deaths in the U.S. (source National Vital Statistics Reports CDC). That same year there were 4,140,419 births in the U.S. (source Hamilton Be, Martin JA Ventura SJ Births; Preliminary data for 2005 Health E Stats.
Last, but not least, I enjoyed this documentary because many of the people interviewed discussed positive mentions and afterlife communications with at least one of their parents. This alone meant a lot to me and made me feel better about the possibility of attempting to contact my late adoptive mother. She has appeared a few times in my dreams before with one dream where she was riding on some type of city bus with me. I forgive my late biological mother. However, one of the reasons why I spiritually feel closer to my late adoptive mother and prefer more to remember her was because she did the hard work of being there for me as a mother and adopting me despite my crazy history. Today would have been my late adoptive mother’s 63rd birthday, however my conscience is guiding me to avoid saying more out of consideration for my other family members who were also touched by her (late adoptive mother) when she was still alive.

5.0 out of 5 stars If You Enjoy Navy And/Or Military Themed TV Shows/MoviesSeptember 24, 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: The Last Ship: Season 1 (DVD)
I very much look forward to watching The Last Ship season two and only wished that I watched this series sooner. I admit that I truthfully found out about The Last Ship back in June 2014 via a magazine (I think it was Entertainment Weekly) and I even sent a cell phone text message to myself on Sunday June 29, 2014 as a reminder to consider watching The Last Ship (important mainly because I temporarily went without internet in my apartment from part of May 2014 until part of November 2014 and could only watch shows that were available on dvd). Fortunately, eventually I found out that the Last Ship Season One dvd set was available (through a tv ad at my job) which helped me make up my mind to eventually buy the dvd set (partially because I enjoy watching certain media relating to navy themes stemming from my 8.5 years in the navy from June 14, 2000 until May 24, 2009). There are so many gleaming positives about Season One of The Last Ship and multiple great performances from the various actors affiliated with this series even though it is more on the dystopian side (which was a pleasant surprise to me because I normally prefer a lot of Utopian entertainment). Well for starters, Eric Danes stars as Captain Tom Chandler of the USS Nathan James who loves his family dearly while wisely taking care of his navy crew under demanding conditions. Tom Chandler is a dedicated and dynamic Captain who gives his all for his crew but is naturally shown also being concerned about his wife, children, and father back home in Norfolk Virginia. Luckily, he has an abundance of fellow navy officers, enlisted, and civilian who do their best under the trying circumstances. The character of Chandler is shown on the front of the dvd cover. A review cannot really do justice to name all the actors/actresses that contribute to the plot yet I will at least include a few of them to paint how tight knit the crew despite what is going on. Adam Baldwin stars as Commander Mike Slattery. He is a headstrong but confident Executive Officer that does not always agree with Captain Tom Chandler’s decision and speaks up when he has questions regarding what he has planned. However, Slattery does give Captain Chandler vital support every step of the way and it is both heartwarming to see the character of Slattery believing in whatever Chandler has planned regardless of how bleak things seem (especially when well intentioned as Chandler is, he ends up creating some situations that require Slattery to step up to the role of Commanding Officer). The photo of the character of Slattery is on disc one (episodes one to four)of the Last Ship Season One set. Charles Parnell plays the role of Command Master Chief Petty Officer Russell Russ Jeter, the enlisted Sailor of the USS James. Command Master Chief Russell Jeter provides spiritual support and morale for both the crew and Commanding Officer Chandler and Executive Officer Slattery during the trying times throughout the episodes of The Last Ship season one. The image of Command Master Chief Russell Jeter is on Disc Two (Episodes 5 to 7). The USS Nathan James also is escorting two highly trained doctors named Dr. Rachel Scott (Rhona Mitra) and Quincy Tophet (Sam Spruell). I want to avoid calling the character of Quincy Tophet a bad man because reasons are revealed as to why he acts the way he does throughout season one (which are partially motivated by his vast love for his wife Kelly Tophet played by Alice Coulthard and his daughter Ava Tophet played by Jade Pettyjohn). Quincy Tophet experiences much character growth throughout the season one (which makes the character of Quincy Tophet more of an extremely complex man). Consequentially, Chandler and Slattery have but little choice to turn to Dr. Rachel Scott for some time due to unexpected circumstances. Dr. Scott is figuratively carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders because of this. As a result, Chandler and Slattery are sometimes naturally concerned about some of Dr. Scott’s tactics during season one for understandable reasons but ultimately provide her the support she needs. Fortunately for Dr. Scott, she also has an enduring ally in Ken Tex Nolan (John-Pyper Ferguson) throughout season one. The character of Dr. Rachel Scott is pictured on Disc Three (Episodes 8 to 10). In addition to the ten episodes of season one (multiple episodes feature around averages of approximately forty to forty five minutes). The following are some of the bonus features affiliated with the three disc dvd set; Disc One Special Features; Inside The Episode, The Last Ship Overview, Making of the Last Ship, and Character Profiles. Disc Two Special Features of the Last Ship Season One Include; Inside The Episode and Audio Commentary. Last, but not least, Disc Three of The Last Ship Season One includes The Last Ship Extras, Inside The Episode, The Last Ship Details, The Navy and The USS Halsey, 2014 Comic Con Panel. For instance the 2014 Comic Con bonus includes Hank Steinberg, Steven Kane, Jack Bender, Eric Dane, Rhona Mitra, Adam Baldwin, Charles Parnell, and Travis Van Winkle. The announcer is said to be Rob Moynihan. There was discussion that the idea behind The Last Ship Season One had to do with an idea brought by Michael Wright, president of the TNT channel. The idea for the Last Ship tv series is credited to a 1980’s book as the inspiration for The Last Ship tv series (the book bears the same name as the Television series and is by the late William Brinkley). There was discussion that the Last Ship television series epitomizes the message of hope, solving problems, and a sense of urgency. The storyline includes approximately 216 crew members and civilians. There was also discussion in terms of what the various characters represent (for instance the chemistry between Captain Chandler and the female scientist Dr. Scott, The character of Executive Officer Slattery epitomizing strength and the character of Command Master Chief Russell Jeter symbolizing determination, faith, and hope etc. There are so much more characters involved in the tapestry of the Last Ship TV series and more information that could take up at least 2-3 more reviews due to the extensive plot details just in season one of The Last Ship.

5.0 out of 5 stars Theme of MetamorphosisSeptember 24, 2015
This review is from: Cinderella (DVD)
Cinderella is a powerful film starring Lily James as Cinderella, Cate Blanchett as the Stepmother, and Sophie McShera as Drisella and Holiday Grainger as Anastasia. Ella’s early years while her parents (played by Ben Chaplin and Hayley Atwell) were in her life are nearly charmed and idyllic. Ella’s father is a wealthy merchant who works abroad. Ella’s mother communicates an important message to her to be both brave and kind. However, Cinderella’s life is turned upside down once her stepmother begins to control her life. Meeting the Prince (Richard Madden) is one of the bright spots in her life. The Captain (Nonso Anozie) is a close advisor of the Prince and takes on the role of a protector and lookout for the Prince who shows in different ways in how he is only trying to help the Prince. The Prince has a close relationship with his father (Derek Jacobi). Helena Bonham Carter and Stellan Skarsgard also play significant roles in Cinderella (and obviously) there is so much more to the movie than the details I included here for good reasons. The bonus features to the film; Ella’s Furry Friends, Frozen Fever (via Walt Disney Animation Studios;One of the sisters decides to prepare a birthday party of the other sister in Frozen Fever). There are also short snippet images for Hero 6, Monster Inc., Tinkerbell, advertisement For Disney Movies Anywhere, Trailer for Disney Nature’s Born In China (featuring Panda Bears and a setting that looks like the wild forests of China, I’m only guessing and I understand that it could be something else). Trailer for an exclusive all new short film titled Riley’s First Date, trailer for the Tomorrowland movie, and an emphasis on the fact that all films and promotions may not be available in all territories.

My eclectic taste in music indirectly influenced my decision to obtain Now That’s What I Call New Wave 80’s at my job and the mix of the various artists in the cd give a brilliant and divergent song mix. There are hits on this cd that showcase the distinct mix such as Rebel Yell by Billy Idol, Tenderness by General Public, Just like Heaven by The Cure, Lips Like Sugar by Echo And The Bunnymen, Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This) by Eurythmics and more.

This review is from: Honeymoon [Explicit] (Audio CD)
Honeymoon by Lana Del Rey is a strong 14 song set that mixes 60’s/70’s style vintage pop with the uniqueness of chillout music. I enjoy listening to both Pandora and iheartradio and would easily say that many of the songs on the cd could easily have a home on the Pandora Chillwave Radio and/or Chillout station. Honeymoon, Music To Watch Boys To, Terrence Loves You, High By The Beach, Freak, and Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood (a classy music tribute to the 1965 version by the music group Animals)are some of the songs to sample right away when it comes to getting a musical sampling for the artisitic/uninhibited spirit coming through the energy or her songs on this cd.

I admit that I heard Angel by Sarina Paris through the iheart DJ Encore radio station (the artist who created the Intuition cd with Engelina and Unique cd with Johanna Elkesdotter). Angel by Sarina Paris is an upbeat pop dance song that is basically about being with someone who adds much happiness and spiritual light in one’s life. Angel by Sarina Paris is great for those who like Euro-pop Euro dance music from the early 2000’s.

5.0 out of 5 stars Right Amount of Tomato Sauce With the Cheese BlendsSeptember 24, 2015
This was an easy decision for me to get Ragu Cheese Creations Six Cheese Pasta Sauce (24 ounce Jar) because it was one of the cheapest sauces at my job at a flavor that is still tasty to me. Obviously, this type of pasta sauce is traditionally for spaghetti. However, it is a versatile sauce that can be used for leftover pizza or pizzaburgers. I admit that I cooked a Bubba’s burger yesterday that included this type of sauce with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. I like this sauce because it has the right amount of tomato and moistness balanced with the right amount of sweetness.

5.0 out of 5 stars Honey and Crunchy Textures UniteSeptember 24, 2015
This General Mills Honey Nut Chex Cereal (12.5 ounce) is another delicious cereal that has the right amount of crunch and honey taste. It was an easy decision for me to get this cereal from my job because I have actually been familiar with the chex brand since my childhood (Chex was one of the cereal brands that my late adoptive mother frequently bought for us though I admit that I’m not sure if it was this flavor). The only catch to this cereal is that although tasty this is one of the cereals that you must try to eat right away (ideally within 120 seconds or less)due to how fast it can turn to mush if left too long. Otherwise, this Honey Nut Chex cereal is also one of those cereals that give you good taste to go along with great energy. There is also currently a heartwarming online commercial featuring two siblings who explain why they enjoy Chex cereal.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ready For Weekend FunSeptember 24, 2015
This review is from: Ready For The Weekend (MP3 Music)
I enjoy an eclectic mix of music by Cascada, Madonna, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Adam Lambert, Kylie Minogue, Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Ellie Goulding,Steve Aoki, and others. Naturally, this is one of the reasons why I enjoy Ready For The Weekend by Calvin Harris because of the various music moods that are invoked with Ready For The Weekend, I’m Not Alone, and Dance Wiv Me. Ready For The Weekend by Calvin Harris. I would also recommend Ready For The Weekend by Calvin Harris for music lovers who enjoy various genres on the dance music spectrum because Ready For The Weekend combines club music, electro-guitars, and house music. Calvin Harris is also currently known to be part of the music powerhouse that is him and Taylor Swift. I actually hope that both Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift do stay friends regardless of whether or not they marry because based on their most recent videos I do believe that both of them are bringing out the best in each other creatively (although if they do get married they do need to invite Ellie Goulding to the wedding because various online sources list that she helped match them as a romantic couple).

5.0 out of 5 stars If You Have An Interest In Public Relations/Advertising/Communications/Government Relations Etc.September 23, 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
My interest in this guide titled PR Related Starting & Building A Successful PR Agency by Anje Collins stems from my strong interest in public relations back around 2006 when I was still in the navy (there are mass communications specialists in the navy on the enlisted side as well as public affairs officers in both the active duty navy and the reserve side but the job is a little competitive to get into especially if you are trying to cross over into it via another rating) . I truthfully found out about the actual PR career around 2006 when I was still in the navy (which I must avoid publicly revealing the identity of the person who gave me the idea for spiritual reasons Additionally, my career ambitions are shaped more by my own logical and intuitive aspirations rooting from my own belief in my potential stemming from making class valedictorian in the 8th grade.) Anyhow, the following is some of the helpful information contained in PR Related Starting 7 Building A Successful PR Agency by Anje Collins:
Chapter 7 (starting on page 29)- She gets into the concept between the business plan in relation to this book.
Pages 40 and 41; Writing An Operational business plan that involves calculating the amount of money needed to get started, if you have key advisors and/or mentors within the PR industry, if you plan to finance your PR startup with your own personal savings or a bank from a loan etc.

Pages 68 and 69; Showcasing Your Talents (as per the author’s words) through online columns or a trade magazine, commenting carefully on articles created by others, starting a blog, interacting with the media, your website, utilizing your facebook account etc.
Pages 84 and 85; Creating a Consultant Agreement that involves areas such as Engagement, Compensation, Consultant’s Business Activities etc.

The author also uses sense of humor at the beginning by jokingly writing at the beginning of the book that PR in the sense of this book does not stand for Puerto Rico and Collins also generously gives some PR career related websites on pages 77-78 with diverse websites such as Women in PR, Public Relations Society of America, Bill Stoller’s Publicity Insider and more websites/links.

This review is from: Phenomenon (DVD)
Yes, I understand that Phenomenon is fiction, yet it is a film that gently tugs on what could be possible for the expansion of the human mind (wisdom wise, reaching beyond the expectations of what others think is possible for you etc.). Phenomenon stars John Travolta as a friendly auto mechanic named George Malley whose life is turned upside down once he gets hit by an unexplained ball of light after innocently going outside on the night of his 37th birthday. Almost seemingly overnight he gains an increased intelligence and clarity effortlessly which right away manifests in how he does his job as an auto mechanic. His physician Doc Brunder (Robert Duvall) cannot logically make sense out of what happened to Malley but he is still accepting of him. Another person, George Malley’s close friend Nate Pope (Forest Whitaker) also stands by his friend Malley during the both the high points and challenging points of what happens when his newfound abilities spring up for others to witness. In the midst of all this, George Malley tries extremely hard to court single mother Lace Pennamin (Kyra Sedgwick) and to even win over her kids Al Pennamin (David Gallagher) and Glory Pennamin (Ashley Buccile). Lace Pennamin courteously acknowledges George Malley yet she is understandably guarded due to what transpired within her relationship history. George Malley also gains the academic interest of UC Berkley Professor Dr. Ringold (Jeffrey DeMunn) after a shockingly accurate earthquake prediction despite his modest educational background. Eric Clapton’s song Change The World plays towards the end of the film. Bonus material; There is a theatrical trailer for Phenomenon and the recommendation of these additional titles for those who enjoyed this film; Ransom, Scream, The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Rock, Tombstone.

One of the major problems; On the plus side, she is in little danger of being fired by her boss Mr. Mercer (Kevin Dunn) but getting the projects and/or lucrative assignments seems out of reach for Kate due to her boss’s preference for promoting employees who are in relationships. In Mr. Mercer’s defense, he at least avoids further undermining Kate’s self-confidence and/or professional standing by strategically explaining why he is reluctant to assign her the more lucrative/high-profile projects/assignments with her currently being single. From my modest perspective, the perspective of her being judged due to being single is not that far-fetched because it is common knowledge (even in the year 2015) that many women (even here in the U.S.) are still seen as less than a whole person if they choose to focus more on improving their economic/professional lives while being child-free even for responsible reasons (i.e. they know that it would be too risky and unfair to the potential child(children) due to being self-aware that they are facing at least 15-20 years of repaying their student loans and figuring out legal ways to move up from minimum wage status in the private sector to further build up their savings cushion). Please know that I have nothing against mothers and children, especially because my late adoptive mother legally took me as her own daughter even though she did not give birth to me. It is just that there is proof in what I say because the character of Kate’s mom Rita Moseley (Olympia Dukakis who I’m aware was only doing her job) is shown (in the film) making it clear that one of the reasons why she is eager for Kate to partner up soon is because she dreams of grandchildren from the daughter she loves dearly. Kate demonstrates her talent when she pitches content for Gulden mustard. She experiences the epiphany needed to strengthen the brand of Gulden mustard when she explains how they can make the connection between model Cindy Crawford’s success, her biochemistry major in college, and her original background of coming from outside of Hollywood. Kate’s friend Sela (Anne Twomey) is happy for Kate’s professional contributions and even playfully teases her about her crush on fellow advertising employee Sam Mayfair (Kevin Bacon). However, Sela, well-intentioned as she is, also ends up indirectly leaving Kate to brush up on her skills as a storyteller when she manages to link Nick (Jay Mohr) and Kate as a couple. On the plus side, Sela indirectly helps Kate to get the more lucrative projects that she has been after for some time. However, Kate has to come up with a plan/scheme quick because she only met videographer Nick briefly at a wedding and has not seen him in person since. The song Say What You Want by Texas plays in snippets briefly during the movie and then in entirety after the end of the Picture Perfect movie. The following are the theatrical trailers contained within this dvd;
Picture Perfect, French Kiss, Ever After starring Drew Barrymore, Dougray Scott, Anjelica Houston directed by Andy Tennant(I’ve seen Ever After before and definitely would again snippets of the following songs are also featured in the Ever After trailer; Mummer’s Dance by Loreena McKennitt and Fable by Robert Miles), Never Been Kissed (snippets of Blister In The Sun by The Violent Femmes), Great Expectations film (snippets of the song Life In Mono by Mono), One Fine Day, Cousin Bette.

5.0 out of 5 stars Dual Comedy SetSeptember 16, 2015
I got this double one disc dvd set (The Laugh Out Loud Double Feature)of the Mr. Deeds movie and Click film from my job due to the cheap price and my previous familiarity with the Mr. Deeds movie. The dvd option allows you to choose whichever movie you would like to see first. Click is a science fiction type of film that stars Adam Sandler as a successful architect named Michael Newman. Michael Newman loves his wife Donna Newman (Kate Beckinsale) and wants to also provide the best life for his kids Ben (Jospeh Castannon) and Samantha (Danielle Tatum). Newman’s life changes dramatically during a trip to Bed Bath and Beyond, when a mysterious person named Morty (Christopher Walken) gives him a remote control that allows him to skip through certain parts of his life. Donna Newman’s best friend Janine (Jennifer Coolidge) seemingly thinks that her friends has a charmed life and husband while unintentionally overlooking what he has to go through in order to provide for his family. There are countless celebrity appearances in the film as well (David Hasselhoff, Sean Astin, Henry Winkler, Julie Kavner, James Earl Jones, Rachel Dratch, Robert Schneider etc). Music featured in this movie are songs such as Show Me The Way by Peter Frampton, Hold The Line by Toto, and Linger by The Cranberries. The lead singer of the Cranberries (Dolores O’Riordan) also makes an appearance in the film. What pleasantly surprised me the most about Click was the spiritual slant to the film Click when Morty eventually reveals to Michael Newman who he really is. The film Good Deeds stars Adam Sandler as Longfellow deeds whose world transforms dramatically once he finds out that he is set to inherit billions from a late uncle named Preston Blake (Harve Presnell)who he never met. Longfellow Deeds finds out that news from Chuck Cedar (Peter Gallagher) and Cecil Anderson (Erick Avari) both high-level employees of Blake Media. Longfellow actually enjoys working at a pizzeria, delivering to various customers such as Crazy Eyes (Steve Buscemi) and residing in Mandrake Falls, New Hampshire. One of Longfellow’s employees Jan (Conchatta Ferrell)even mentions how Deeds is actually an owner of the pizzeria. He ends up considering a permanent stay in New York after he meets and falls in love with Babe Bennett (Wynona Ryder) a tv reporter. He also enjoys his new residence in New York and gets along with one of the employees linked with Blake Media Emilio Lopez (John Tutturo). Babe Bennett ends up encountering an ethical dilemma of covering up her true job from Longfellow Deeds in order to gather essential information and in hopes that her boss Mac McGrath will give her a promotion and pay rise. Of course, there are more actors/actresses affiliated with this movie and some of the following music is featured in Mr. Deeds; The Sweetest Thing by U2, Where Are You Going by the Dave Matthews Band, You Don’t Know How It Feels by Tom Petty, Sing by Travis etc.

This review is from: Bedtime Stories (DVD)
I was living in Norfolk Virginia during this time and fortunately persuaded my husband to see Bedtime Stories with me at the movie theater(inside the MacArthur Center mall). The bonus features attributed to the Bedtime Stories dvd movie are sneaks on; Double Feature dvd of Dadnapped and Hatching Pete, Morning Light, Disney Princess Protection Program, Walt Disney Pictures; Tinkerbell and the Lost Treasure, what looks to be a commercial ad for Disney XD, G-Force, Walt Disney Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Disney Pixar Monsters Inc., Disney Blue Ray Magic in High-Def, and Disney Magic movie rewards. The actual Bedtime Stories movie stars Adam Sandler as Skeeter Bronson. Skeeter Bronson puts a lot in his hotel job and is surprised one day when he finds out that his boss Barry Nottingham (Richard Griffiths) promotes Kendall Duncan (Guy Pearce)for the job that he was sure was his. It was not from Skeeter Bronson having a sense of entitlement, rather it had to do more with how hard he was working and the original promise that Griffiths had made to this father Marty Bronson (Jonathan Pryce). Duncan is shown to be so crude and calculating to the point that he even dates the boss’s daughter Violet Nottingham (Teresa Palmer), but secretly carries a romantic torch for fellow hotel worker Aspen (Lucy Lawless). Skeeter’s friend Mickey (Russell Brand) tries to patiently explain to Skeeter Bronson why Duncan was chosen but Bronson appears to avoid taking Mickey’s suggestion (for certain reasons). Anyhow, in the meanwhile, Skeeter Bronson is also tasked with watching his niece Bobbi (Laura Kesling) and nephew Patrick (Jonathan Heit). This is because his sister Wendy Bronson (Courtney Cox) is looking to get a job in Arizona after hearing that she is going to be laid off. Fortunately, Wendy Bronson does have a good friend in Jill Hastings (Keri Russell). Anyhow, Skeeter Bronson also takes on the role of father figure as well because his sister also happens to be a single mother and he also cares to be a father figure influence in his niece and nephew’s life. Bronson’s life changes dramatically once he notices the power that his niece and nephew have with just telling their stories with their imaginations. The movie even implies why their storytelling is powerful when the quote in the movie is mentioned ‘Your Fun Is Only Limited by Your Imagination). There are some song snippets that play during the movie such as Fire by The Ohio Players,I’m On Fire by Bruce Springsteen, Disco Inferno by The Trammps, Eternal Flame by The Bangles, Rock Me Amadeus by Falco, and Don’t Stop Believing by Journey (towards the end of the movie).Of course, there are more actors and actresses featured, yet something tells me to save some plot info for those who have yet to see the movie.

Utilizing the enterprising ideas in the book are harm-free outlets for me to seek out what I can in order to strengthen my creativity and use the medium of writing as a way to achieve increased personal evolution in all areas of my life. Six-Figure Freelancing (Second Edition) The Writer’s Guide to Making More Money by Kelly-James Enger contains multiple ideas either for people who want to pursue freelance writing on the side or full-time. Metaphorically speaking, I feel as if the author gave me a car to drive towards learning what I can in terms of freelance writing instead of just walking to my destination (there is nothing wrong with walking, I’m just making a point on the information contained for those new to freelance writing), I say this because some of this information may already be known to those who work in fields pertaining to writing, consulting, public relations, being a brand ambassador etc, but extremely helpful for those who are writing novices working outside the fields that are traditionally conducive to freelance writing. Some of the following ideas in her book;
Pg. 63-The Digital Millenium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA)-The author quotes a person by the name of Erik Sherman as admitting that he would expect to get paid if the site was commercial, but may also take into account if there aren’t going to get a penny from the site’s owner.
Pages95- 97-a man who has worn multiple hits in the freelance writing sector (ghostwriter, editor, collaborator, book doctor, and entering the world of books (i.e. building a platform, a nonfiction pitch letter etc.).
Page 127; She features a writing query from an example of a writer who is married to an IT expert and has a 2 and a half year old son.
Page 177- Kelly James-Enger uses the case study of Leah Ingram who writes books, articles, does spokesperson projects, balances parenting with being a homemaker, and usually keeps a routine of setting aside 815 am to 345 p.m. for work.
Page 223; A feature on Margaret Littleman who had been writing for magazines and newspapers for several years and who eventually branched out with writing a book called The Dog Lover’s Companion to Chicago. There is also a feature on Robert McGarvey, a successful freelancer for over thirty years, who write a couple of biotech stories for the Midwest Express and went on to write more than $30,000 of work for the Harvard Business Review, New York Times, and Boston Globe.

5.0 out of 5 stars One of A Kind Afterlife BookSeptember 10, 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Please let me preface this review by making it transparently clear that I’m not telling anybody else how they ought to live and I definitely do not dub myself a moral expert and/or a moral policewoman on where people go after they die and/or how they are meant to live. Additionally, I’m blessed with great physical health and I humbly desire to live to be at least 85 years old (I say this because I intuitively understand that my human ego’s long life preference may or may not be aligned with the will of God/heaven/higher worlds of light, my higher self etc.). I just consider myself a spiritual truthseeker who is hungry for gathering spiritual knowledge to help me further understand my own life and share what captivates my soul and helps me on my quest to regaining and increasing my self-confidence (while sharing my findings of the books that fascinate me). This is important to me because I completely understand what it means to be true to yourself but I’m carefully integrating myself through this lesson because the real unadulterated me is much more sensual and into the study of certain mystical/occult areas that are controversial for contemporary societal mores(even for the new age community). One interesting experience; while immersing myself in understanding this book I had a currently unexplainable dream where I was inside a gigantic library with multiple levels of books that was also a hybrid of some classroom unlike anything I have yet been exposed to and multiple insertions/locations of stairways leading up to the multiple levels of books that were placed throughout this huge library/classroom (a massive blue brain- somewhere between cerulean or cobalt blue-was floating around me in the center of the classroom/library area for whatever reason). With that said, this book Vistas of Infinity; How To Enjoy Life When You Are Dead by Jurgen Ziewe is an afterlife book that is unlike any type of book that I have had before (and I’m fortunate to have been exposed to multiple books on the afterlife). Jurgen Ziewe dedicates this book with love to his wife Julia and his daughters Naomi and Martina and the following details are some of the enthralling tidbits of Vistas of Infinity;
Page 9; the picture looks similar to an image of a world that I’m fortunate to have visited in one of my dreams around the time I was 7 years old. Pages 10-11; Many of the experiences that the author recorded happened during his time of working sixty hours a week in a thriving career as a freelance commercial illustrator. page 22, as per the author, dreams are a natural peek into the type of world that awaits us after leaving earth at the end of our lives. Pages 29-30; An experience is captured where he enters a world populated by various artists and of diverse creations and craft fairs that have moving thought patterns. Pages 32-33; He encounters a service worker named Kay in the park who acknowledged what brought him to where he was now. Page 35; Kay shared how he had picked up that he had to be of service while being concern-free as to his own gain. Pages 43-44; He saw some things in the lower dimensional levels that could easily fit into a horror film such as what a woman in the afterlife had to experience while learning to let go of certain limitations and his scary vision of what he saw another man going through who had to learn to let go of heavy resentment and self-loathing (in the author’s words self-hatred). Pages 48-50; Ziewe encounters a spirit who (to put it politely) temporarily appeared as a zombie, however his compassion for the soul and what he did to help is heartfelt.
Page 51; Jurgen Ziewe shares his testimony of what happened when he met his mother in one of the non-physical realms as a way to help and comfort others who miss family members and/or friends who have already crossed over (I’m grateful that he shared this as it previously took me a long time to forgive myself for not showing more appreciation to my late adoptive mother for legally taking me on as her own biological daughter when she was still alive, she had basically died before I had truly appreciated her for adopting me- even after her telling me around age 17 or 18 how hard it was for her to make friends in a small town (population of around 2,000 people)of central Illinois who gave her a hard time (for being a Caucasian woman who was raising multiple children of other racial groups). Anyhow, the story of Jurgen Ziewe reuniting with his mother is very touching as he describes seeing her as he remembered from his childhood years. Pages 60-61; He finds out that his father has actually already reincarnated as a child in Russia. In the family reunions section, he also shares a fun fact that physical appearance in higher non-physical worlds can actually be altered by the intent of imagination and the complex finding that our mindset can have a powerful bearing on our environment setting when we die. Page 76; Sometimes people have to die before they can truly progress. Page 83 from the author’s late brother in law; Death is not some sort of punishment but a learning opportunity. When your life won’t allow you to expand your wisdom, then death very often provides new opportunities and may be the only way.
Nature’s Justice Section; Pages 93-95-The author shares frightening information of a suicide bomber who was in the middle of several charred and bloodied bodies of the victims he killed along with himself and the gruesome scene of him trying to free himself from the carnage but continually sliding back into the mess that he was trying to escape. Basically, the ghastly details he discusses in this afterlife hellish realm is pretty much as he put in his words what Hollywood could potentially use as inspiration for a modern day Dante’s inferno. A heavenly helper that the author found trying to help free some of the victims asked the writer to share with the earth what he found. The author humbly acknowledged that not as many people on earth may believe him as the helper hopes because he is not a traditional religious person.
Playing Fields of the Afterlife (the more love filled afterlife heavenly worlds)- Page 103; Many things that are shown in the latest science fiction and fantasy films can and may already be a reality on the non-physical realms. Page 119; The author references Aldous Huxley’s book The Doors of Perception and Heaven and Hell (1954). Page 122; Non-physical realms containing art colleges are featured. Mysteries of the Afterlife; page 133; A woman with curly blonde hair greets him in a village like setting and acknowledges that it is not everyday that they encounter a conscious traveler. Page 137; The powers of intent, expectation, and consensus are discussed. Page 139; A scene where some of the artists transform into their own creations/drawings is discussed. Pages 140-141; The power of shapeshifting is discussed. He meets a being who initially starts out as a benevolent dragon flying towards him and then she transforms into a beautiful red-haired woman. The woman’s outfit had contemporary colors on her and had just matched the dragon disguise she had a few moments before. He admitted that she was mysterious and enigmatic to him because he couldn’t quite put his finger on how he knew her (I’m politely guessing maybe either a past live, an in between life, and/or future life but for certain reasons to avoid interfering and/or unintentionally creating upheaval in his life she might not have been allowed to tell him at the time).page 155; The directors of cartoon city. Page 157; the power of imagination, drawing, and the cartoon director’s friendly wisdom that the cartoon world is all in the imagination (and partially how the characters were able to take on an intelligence and life of their own). Last, but not least, the cartoon director shared with the author that if you are passionate about your hobby you’ll have no problem creating whatever you want to do (I’m very grateful that I came across that healing gem on page 157 at a certain time for reasons I prefer to avoid elaborating on in this review out of consideration for this author). At the end of this book, the author also generously provides other written resources from other authors/websites for those who are curious to know more. Anyhow, there is so much more in this book Vistas of infinity; How To Enjoy Life When You Are Dead by Jurgen Ziewe for open-minded souls.

5.0 out of 5 stars Anime Film With Powerful Spiritual MessagesSeptember 10, 2015
This review is from: Princess Mononoke (DVD)
Princess Mononoke is an enjoyable anime film that involves how a young boy’s life is changed once a negative spirit inhabits a large boor and creates chaos in his home village. The young boy named Ashitaka is left with a situation that endangers his life and he ends up crossing paths with a perplexing young woman named San who enchants him with her beauty and who was raised by wolves. Both San and Ashitake end up seeing a lot, such as a forest spirit who has the gift of bringing great healing and saving a living being from dying if the spirit sees that they are meant to live. I’m fortunate to have first watched Princess Mononoke with my husband when we were living in the Jacksonville Florida area (through the U.S. navy).

This review is from: The Last Detail (Amazon Video)
Please know that I write this review for The Last Detail movie with gratitude for my current job. However, I happen to be drawn towards watching navy themed movies and television shows from time to time because my time in the navy was good to me and as a result I have a strong interest in certain navy themed films and tv shows. Anyhow, The Last Detail movie stars Jack Nicholson as Billy Buddusky, Otis Young as Richard Mulhall, and Randy Quaid as Larry Meadows. Both Buddusky and Mulhall are currently stationed in Norfolk Virginia for the movie’s setting and are awaiting orders to their next job assignment. They get tasked with escorting Meadows to the Portsmouth Virginia Brig for an offense that they feel does not warrant the punishment. However, both Buddusky and Mulhall are navy lifers and go along with what they are told to do because they have little say in what type of punishment fits Meadow’s action. Buddusky does have a foul sailor’s mouth and yet his heart of gold shines through when he convinces Mulhall why they must let Meadows have a little fun as they escort him. Mulhall is naturally hesitant due to the risks not just with Meadows running away but what can happen to his own navy career (the character of Mulhall is shown admitting during the film that he takes great pride in his navy career and is unsure what he would do or how he would fare if he was not making the navy a career). Mulhall eventually agrees with Buddusky’s plan on the condition that Buddusky stays aware that they are not escorting a person on their way to receiving a full navy retirement or honorable discharge. The aspiring writer/scriptwriter in me also enjoys how the character of Billy Buddusky simultaneously encouraging both Mulhall and Meadows to step out of their comfort zones a little bit in a fun/exciting way. The Last Detail film is credited to be based on a novel bearing the same name by Darryl Ponicsan and the screenplay by Robert Towne.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Fun Anime Take on Redemption?September 10, 2015
The Devil is a Part-Timer Season 1 is a 13 episode anime that my husband introduced me to and is definitely not what it at first appears to be with the title (with obviously favorable results). The dvd centers around the characters of Sadao Mao, Shiro Ashiya, Chiho,and Emilia Justinia who came from the world of Ente Isla and end up in modern day Japan for various reasons. They end up having to help each other as one of the characters works at MgRonalds while dealing with a rival busness across the street (Sentucky Fried chicken). Additionally, the characters of Sadao Mao and Shiro Ashiya improve for the better which confuses Emilia Justinia even more due to one of the reasons that brought her to Japan in the first place. There is obviously more to the series than what I’m writing, yet something compels me to avoid revealing more for those who have yet to see this distinctive anime series.

Euro Club Hits Vol. 9 is a various artists collection filled with multiple dance hits of a buoyant quality that you would hear at a club (hence the name). Every Word (feat. 5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderment of LifeSeptember 10, 2015
Do You Believe in Magic by the The Lovin Spoonful is a classic rock song that appears to epitomize the wonder of the various facets of life. For instance, the group uses the symbolism of a young girl’s soul which I’m guessing is an innocent take on seeing the magic and mystery of life with the same freshness and jade-free outlook as a young person would (such as the common knowledge that many children and young people have not forgotten how to use the power of their imaginations effortlessly).

Ain’t Nobody Loves Me Better by Felix Jaehn (feat. Jasmine Thompson) is a high tempo dance summery song that I first heard online through a radio station from Norfolk Virginia. Basically, the tune appears to be about someone who makes it feel safe to be in romantic love(just guessing). This song sounds like a respectable remake of Rufus and Chaka Khan’s Ain’t Nobody and is good for those who like eclectic love songs.

5.0 out of 5 stars Exhilaration Force?September 10, 2015
This review is from: Pressure (MP3 Music)
Pressure by Nadia Ali, Starkillers& Alex Kenji (Alesso Edit) is a high energy dance song. I wish that i completely knew the lyric meaning, although I’m guessing that it has to do with a combination of being in love as well as how so much is simultaneously happening in her life (I admit that I was also guessing from watching the music video online). This is a good song to enjoy if you have enjoyed any of Nadia Ali’s previous songs such as Rapture. Feels So Good (collab with Armin Van Buuren), Fantasy, Is It Love, At The End etc.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Music Narrator’s Type?September 10, 2015
This review is from: My Type (MP3 Music)
My Type by Saint Motel is a very melodious indie rock song where the singer seems to confess to the target of his romantic crush that the person is their type. The music video seems to be some type of party or gathering of model looking people reminiscent of what I’m innocently guessing is of the 70’s or 80s.

5.0 out of 5 stars Meant To Be A Free Spirit?September 10, 2015
This review is from: Born To Be Wild (MP3 Music)
Born to Be Wild by Steppenwolf is an amusing classic rock song that resonates within my soul. I admit that I still need to carefully think more as to the song’s meaning. However, I’m guessing from the lyrics like a true nature’s child you were born to be wild that the song is about unapologetically being your uninhibited and natural self regardless of what others think (a lesson that I reluctantly admit to still being in the process of working on). However, overall, Born To Be Wild by Steppenwolf is also a strong feel good type of classic rock song.

5.0 out of 5 stars My Husband’s Film CollectionSeptember 2, 2015
The Illusionist film is a movie that my husband first introduced me to around 2006/2007 when we were living in Florida and it was great to watch the Illusionist together again this week. The Illusionist features a movie trailer to Gray Matters and the movie itself is a deep and complicated history between the characters of Duchess Sophie Von Teschen (Jessica Biel) and Eisenheim The Illusionist (Edward Norton). Duchess Sophie Von Teschen is set to marry the emotionally cold but intellectually gifted Crown Prince Leopold (Rufus Sewell). I do completely accept that Sewell was just putting his best in the role, it was just that I was extremely shocked by how his Prince Leopold character is required to treat Eisenheim’s character and that of his wife Sophie so abrasively just because he can. Chief Inspector Walter Uhl (Paul Giamatti) is Crown Prince Leopold’s right hand man who is required to start spying on Eisenheim after a witness tattles on Eisenheim and Duchess Sophie immediately after they are spotted simply just talking in a carriage together.

5.0 out of 5 stars Financial Slant to the Course of Miracle TeachingsSeptember 2, 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I recently decided that I was going to make the best of my remaining time of living in the Washington D.C. area by keeping the job I already currently have and work a second job (once again I intend to stay in the area for the rest of this year, but I now prefer to publicly keep quiet on when I know that I must relocate). However, I recently found out that one of the jobs I interviewed for in the D.C. area(as a second job opportunity) went to another candidate because they had greater flexibility in the days and hours that they would be available for. I’m at least grateful to have found out the reason. However, I’m also grateful that this book Sacred Success; A Course in Financial Miracles by Barbara Stanny is available to help me take a look at my beliefs around ways of creating greater income. The following are some of the pearls of information contained in this book (I’m guessing that the positive image on the book has to do with believing and knowing that the world is your oyster)
Information on some of the clients that the author has worked with such as a non-profit director and an executive coach (pgs, 44 and 45).
An interview the author recalled reading about in the Wall Street Journal (pg. 68).
Her experience working with an advertising executive from a retreat (pg. 122)
Pgs. 151-152-She shares a triangle diagram as it relates to money, affluence, and discussion of various levels involving money (i.e. the first level of establishing a six month emergency fund, the second level of conservative stocks and bonds etc.)
Welcoming the Warrior and the author’s descriptions on what a warrior means(pg. 196).
I admit that just the Warrior archetype alone may take me some time to ponder on because I’m still trying to at least retrieve and bring on the self-confident aspect of my eighth grade self who made class valedictorian and was voted most likely to succeed (it was out of a class of at least 389 other students and I actually believed in my own intellectual brilliance and the unlimited possibilities for my bright future).

5.0 out of 5 stars Afterlife ExpeditionsSeptember 2, 2015

Voyage to Curiosity’s Father (Exploring The Afterlife Series) by Bruce Moen touches on so many deep and complicated aspects of the spiritual afterlife. The following is only a sampler of what is available in this gripping book;
Pg, 26+27;The “planning center” orchestrates events for people who express their intents. However, it is important that a person also request that the intent is for the greatest benefit of all or else they may get something they want with unexpected and unwanted effects.
I admit that I forgot the page where the author mentioned that him and his exploration assistant Denise ran into someone during their astral travels that physically resembled a cross between Jody Foster and Helen Hunt. However, on page 95 the author describes the exploration technique that him and Denise used is akin to the news reporting techniques of Peter Jennings and Diane Sawyer.

Chapter 15 Max’s Hell Revisited; This chapter is extremely frightening, but I understand that the author was only trying to come from what he felt was truth and what he and Denise saw. The chapter was apparently named after a psychotherapist named Max who apparently took a tragic satisfaction in the emotional suffering of his patients. Spirits in this realm work their way out of these worlds either through the strong bond of love and expressing their love as a couple. Pages 120 and 121 mention how they would move to countrysides of these worlds for greater protection and to make friends with other spirits who are trying to move away from playing the games. Chapter 16 (starts on page 125)Fires of Hell go into details on how many of the spirits from the former lower worlds can work their way up and graduate by helping other lost souls from various hells. As per the author, the coverage in chapter 15 might make for a good Hollywood movie. It also makes me wonder just out of curiosity if the upcoming tv series Angel From Hell and the upcoming movie Hell & Back are inspired by ideas from books such as this and other afterlife books (although I do understand that they are most likely marketed and/or publicized as fictional type of scripts). Anyhow, once the spirits move up from the lower realms they are usually allowed a choice to either reincarnate back on earth and to live among spirits that previously lived among various lower worlds (belief system hells) and souls who previously lived in higher realms of light (various worlds that we know as heavens). The major caveats are that their length of earth lifetimes are not guaranteed and they have to be careful as to what influences are followed in order to move back up to residing in higher realms for their next afterlife. Chapter 19 Satan mentions the idea that the concept of Satan is actually taken from the most hardened spirits of the lower worlds who are adept at running the most cruel games. Sometimes these leaders of the dark worlds are able to be saved, other times they are not. In the times they are not, they are left to become just energy mists disappearing into a black hole. There is so much more to share about these chapters, but I intuitively feel guided to avoid doing so out of a feeling of heaviness I’m getting just writing about it. The fact that even the author himself had to get his spirit guide White Bear to accompany him gives a gentle warning to the reader on the subject matter of the chapters I just mentioned.
On a more upbeat note, the author also mentions about his meetings with one of his late mentors Robert Monroe, founder of the Monroe Institute. There is also mention of the land of angels and the Aperture. He also mentions about a book called the Diary of Henry After Death. I just wish that there were more physical details described as to what some of the higher worlds look like (there are many good authors to choose from for physical details of heavenly worlds, yet I would probably recommend Jurgen Ziewe or Wlliam Buhlman for novices to books on the physical details of heavenly worlds). Aside from that caveat, Voyage to Curiosity’s Father by Bruce Moen is still a riveting book to read and it actually unexpectedly helped me understand a little further the mechanics behind the Afterlife and why some souls willingly reincarnate into challenging lives of little initial emotional and/or spiritual support. Additionally, this author’s works is great for those who are in the process of bridging the gap between safely expressing their authentic selves while releasing external judgements about one’s perceived intellectual brilliance and/or potential.

This 10.9 ounce box of Hershey’s CookiesnCreme cereal definitely tastes as if corn puffs were simply dipped in melted hershey’s square dark and white chocolate candies. Obviously, I understand that this cereal was most likely processed completely different from the way I describe. In summary, the experience of eating chocolate candy in cereal form is obviously the best way I can summarize having a bowl of Hershey’s CookiesnCreme with milk.

Rogue Elephants; One PR Girl’s Fight Through the Human Jungle by Jane K Hunt is a frank guide on the journey a Public Relations Specialist took on her way to accomplishing a significant deal in her professional life. I like that Hunt includes various angles around her job because the career of a Public Relations professional has several related names within itself as well as the capacity to work in many parts of the U.S. (i.e. brand execs such as those seen accompanying famous Hollywood celebrities, government relations, media relations, public affairs, communications specialist, communications director, Research Associates,consultant, communications manager etc.). Some of the following information included in her guide;
Page 41; Hunt shares her adventures in securing a place to live.
Page 113; Hunt’s professional fulfillment with being part of a Catering Student of the Year Contest.
Page 213; She recalls her experience around helping to handle the Royal Armouries Account.
Chapter 13-starts on page 246: The startup, initiation, and aftermath process is shared on what Jane K Hunt went through in order to open her own PR firm, including the moment of what was a “red tag on the bull’ moment on what made her even more determined to go through with keeping her own PR business going.
